In this paper,through the study of seed biological characteristics,fruit quality characteristics and the use of Colchicine to induce polyploid and A.trifoliate wild field resources research,the Akebia trifoliate(Thunb.)Koidz has a better understanding.The results are as follows:1.The thousand-grain weight and the length,width,height,and weight of the seeds collected from the different types of A.trifoliate were measured and analyzed by variance.The results showed that the weight of A.trifoliate brown seeds was> white seeds> purple seeds.The data of length,width,height,and weight of three different types of A.trifoliate seeds were analyzed by R language and scatter plots were made respectively.It was found that the equation was roughly in line with the linear equation,and then a multiple linear equation was fitted.The results showed that the weights of three kinds of A.trifoliate seeds were significantly correlated with the length,width,and height of single seeds.In the seed germination test,the seed itself was treated differently,and then different concentrations of gibberellin were added.The results showed that after the layered sand seed A1 was added with a concentration of 100 mg/L gibberellin,the germination of the seed was initiated.Significant effects;seed A2 scraped off from the layer of waxy layer after stratified sedimentation,and peeled seed A3 after layered sedimentation had a significant effect on the germination of seeds after addition of 150 mg/L of gibberellin.2.In the appearance quality of the fruit,there was no significant difference in the size of the different types of A.trifoliate fruits under test.Using R language,the fruit length,fruit width,fruit thickness,skin thickness,tare weight,and fruit weight of each type of A.trifoliate tree were different.The morphological indicators of the item were correlated and showed that there was a correlation between the indicators.In the analysis of the intrinsic quality index of A.trifoliate fruit,the hardness of the fruit of purple trifoliate wood was the highest;the soluble content of white fruit was the highest;the Vc content of white and purple fruits was significantly higher than that of brown trifoliate orange;There was no significant difference in the titratable acid content in the leaves of the leaves,but they were all significantly lower than those in the brown A.trifoliate fruit,indicating that the white and purple A.trifoliate fruits had better flavor.3.The germinated seeds were placed in different concentrations of colchicine solution for chemical mutagenesis,and the growth process was observed.The chlorophyll content and photosynthetic characteristics of the wild A.trifoliate tree and the mutagenized trifoliate tree were determined.The results showed that after the mutagenesis,the seedlings of A.trifoliate and A.trifoliate were almost similar at the beginning,but as the third cotyledon appeared,the cotyledons of the wild A.trifoliate tree slowly dried off.However,the mutagenized leaves of A.trifoliate are still present;the chlorophyll pigments were found to have slightly higher levels of different pigments than A.trifoliate after detection of mutagenesis;in the photosynthetic assay,the intercellular CO2 concentration in wild A.trifoliate trees was higher than that of wild A.trifoliate trees.After the mutagenesis,the intercellular CO2 concentration and other photosynthetic indexes were lower than those after the mutagenesis.4.In the province of Henan province,Songshan and Luanchuan were selected to carry out detailed investigations on the wild resources of A.trifoliate.Including climatic conditions,ecological conditions,biological characteristics observed.The analysis of the current situation of the wild A.trifoliate tree was put forward and the corresponding management countermeasures were proposed. |
