Abstract/Summary:
Yellow flesh of kiwi fruit varieties was deeply loved by people in our country.There are several yellow flesh varieties of kiwi fruit with different fruit quality.However,their biological characteristics and fruit quality indexes were not clear.In this study,15 Fengxin county yellow flesh kiwi fruit varieties(or lines)as the test materials were observed on the biological characteristics,respectively.Main quality indexesincluding the content of VC,soluble solids,titratable acid,total phenol in fruit were analyzed and evaluated in order to select the optimal cultivation quality of yellow flesh kiwi fruit varieties,and provide the theoretical basis and lay the foundation for local kiwi fruit planting,.The main results were as follows:1.Through investigation and analysis of kiwi fruit biological characteristics,acquired a lot of economic data and indicators related to biological traits.Fromthe view of treepotential strength,Yihuangl,Jinguo,Jinyan,Huayou and Kuimi were much higher than others.Overall,new tip yellow-green or microstrip red,annual branches,petioles,and leaf back main vein and lateral veins densely with extremely short fuzz.Leaf blade thick yellow back,Saturn’s hair.Fruit surface is smooth,with very short fuzz.flesh is yellow.Long strong growth potential is strong,short branch.2.Yellow flesh fruit weight was 46.9~124.34 g in the kiwi fruit,fruit shape index was between 0.95~1.51,TA content was between 0.86%~1.70%.the soluble sugar content was 8.74%~14.90%,soluble solids content is between 12.56%~22.18%,Vc content in 0.37 mg/g~1.36 mg/g.FRAR value in 1.03-8.03,DPPH free radical clearance rate was 8.98%~8.98%,OH free radical clearance rate of 81.51-98.53%,total phenol content of 47.12~145.32 mg/100 g.China best VC content(159.08 mg/100 g),total phenol content(152.46 mg/100 g)and DPPH free radicals clearance the highest(68.34%),is the highest antioxidant capacity.Kiwi fruit of VC and total phenol content of antioxidant capacity and its present high positive correlation between.Comprehensive analysis results showed that Fenghuangl,Wuning2,Huayou and Jinguo were more excellent and suitable for jiangxi kiwi fruit planting varieties of candidate.
