With the advent of the experience economy and the rapid development of the leisure industry,more and more urban residents want to stay away from the noisy city life.Recreational forestry provides urban residents with a relaxing way to relax their minds and spirits.Relying on abundant forestry resources,it is generally welcomed by consumers.At present,consumer demand is more diversified,personalized,and experience-based.Leisure forestry is also in a stage of rapid development and exploration.In this context,the research on consumer satisfaction of leisure forestry for Beijing consumers has very important significance for the development of leisure forestry.This article takes Beijing consumers as the research object,combining the development status of leisure forestry at home and abroad,using questionnaires and interviews to obtain information on leisure forestry consumer market in Beijing.This article uses ASEB grid analysis to estimate consumer experience and satisfaction.Regression analysis is used to analyze the influencing factors of consumer satisfaction.The research shows that the overall satisfaction of leisure forestry consumers in Beijing is not high,and there are differences in consumer satisfaction and expectation.At the same time,consumer satisfaction is mostly affected by activity experience,age,and education level.In response to the above conclusions,the following suggestions are made.First,develop attractive products and enhance the relevance of activity products;Second,increase publicity efforts to enhance leisure forestry brand building;Third,reasonably position the market and enhance leisure forestry services Management;Fourth,pay attention to featured projects and strengthen the construction of leisure forestry environment.
