| Aiming at the problem of shortage of harvester resources and unbalanced and unreasonable supply and demand deployment during corn harvesting,the significant factors affecting customer satisfaction in corn harvesting services were analyzed empirically through questionnaires,and the customer satisfaction time window function and satisfaction model were improved by considering users’ requirements on operation quality and punctuality of corn harvesting operations;a corn harvester operation scheduling model with customer satisfaction as a constraint was constructed;And the improved artificial fish swarm algorithm was used to solve and analyze the simulation case to obtain the corn harvester operation scheduling scheme;on this basis,the corn harvester operation scheduling system based on customer satisfaction was built,the corresponding We Chat small program terminal was developed,and the simulation function and application of the system were verified,and the verification results showed that the system realized the information interaction among users,farm mechanics and farm machinery cooperatives,and could The validation results show that the system realizes the information interaction between users,farmers and farm machinery cooperatives,and can effectively fulfill customer orders,reasonably allocate corn harvester resources,and meet the demand of customers for machines during corn harvest.The main research work is as follows:(1)A customer satisfaction model of operation punctuality and operation quality is constructed.The system analyzes the agricultural machinery scheduling model and related algorithms,designs a research questionnaire based on the definition of customer satisfaction,concludes through empirical analysis that factors such as operation quality,operation time window,latest operation time point and order reservation method are significantly related to customer satisfaction in corn harvesting service,clarifies the evaluation method and calculation method of operation quality satisfaction,and focuses on customer requirements for operation time window and latest operation time point,improved the customer satisfaction time window function on the basis of rectangular fuzzy time window and triangular fuzzy time window,established the customer satisfaction model,and provided satisfaction constraints for the corn harvester operation scheduling model.(2)A dual-objective scheduling model with the lowest comprehensive scheduling cost and the highest average customer satisfaction is constructed.The corn harvester operation scheduling problem was comprehensively analyzed to clarify the influencing factors such as farmland operation location,farm machinery cooperative location and corn harvester performance,spatial location,customer satisfaction time window and operation quality in corn harvesting operation.For the analysis of corn harvester operation scheduling process,premise assumptions are made on model conditions,constraints are determined,and a dual-objective scheduling model with the lowest comprehensive scheduling cost and the highest average customer satisfaction is constructed,which is turned into a single-objective optimization problem solved by fractional calculation method.(3)The fish swarm algorithm is improved and the scheduling algorithm is verified by simulation cases.The convergence characteristics of the artificial fish swarm algorithm and its changing trend under different initial state parameters are studied by conducting MATLAB simulation tests on the nonlinear objective function: the crowding degree factor has no significant effect on the convergence of the algorithm,the algorithm solution time keeps growing with the increase of the number of trials and the number of artificial fish,and the algorithm seeking accuracy gradually increases with the decrease of the artificial fish field of view and step length.The algorithm is improved by changing the step length and field of view,improving the foraging behavior,and introducing the swallowing behavior to achieve the fast convergence of the algorithm at the later stage.For the established corn harvester operation scheduling model,the customer satisfaction-based corn harvester operation scheduling model was tested by order simulation cases,and the scheduling results showed that the customer on-time satisfaction could reach 92%,the operation quality satisfaction could reach 87%,the comprehensive average customer satisfaction reached89.5%,and the comprehensive scheduling cost was reduced by 4%.(4)A corn harvester operation scheduling system based on customer satisfaction was built.The overall system structure design was carried out by analyzing the system business,functional requirements and system feasibility.Based on MVC programming model and Web design specification,we introduced Java Web and We Chat applet technology and completed the construction of modules for login,order management,service information,information push and scheduling in Web terminal and We Chat applet client to realize the main functions of user management,order reservation,information push,scheduling planning and operation quality evaluation in the corn harvester operation scheduling system.The results show that the functions of the system meet the design requirements and can realize the information interaction among users,farmers and agricultural cooperatives,while completing the scheduling of corn harvester operations to meet the customers’ needs. |
