Research On The Impact Of The Availability And Satisfaction Of Farmers' Forestry Socialization Services

With the deepening of the reform of the collective forest rights system,forestry socialization services have become an important part of China's forestry production.Under this background,how to improve the existing forestry socialization service system to provide more effective policies for forest farmers Support is the key issue that needs to be resolved urgently.To study the influencing factors of the availability of forestry socialized services in collective forest areas in the south,and to further study the influencing factors of the satisfaction of commercialized forest management farmers' socialized services on this basis is important for increasing the income of forestation farmers and promoting forest resource growth Practical significance.However,the development of forestry social services faces many problems,such as: farmers have strong demand for various services,but the supply cannot effectively meet the needs of farmers,and the main body of forestry social services is single.Therefore,it is necessary to grasp the key factors that affect the availability of farmers' forestry social services and the influencing factors of service satisfaction,so as to provide a reference for the development of forestry social services.This article is based on farmer behavior theory and social division of labor theory,using the field survey data of farmers in Anji County,Suichang County,Chongyi County and Suicchuan County of Zhejiang Province in August 2017.First,the logit model is used to classify the sample farmers to study the main influencing factors of the availability of forestry socialization services of economic forests,timber forests,and bamboo forest management types.Second,based on the supply and demand of farmers' forestry socialization services,the Satisfaction;Finally,the influencing factors of the satisfaction of forestry social service are further analyzed.The main conclusions obtained through the research are as follows:(1)In the empirical analysis of the factors influencing the availability of forestry socialization services for farmers of different management types,the availability of various forestry socialization services is affected by whether they are members of cooperatives and Forestry subsidies,forest land size,forest land management times and forest area road quality have a significant positive impact;and farmers who mainly operate economic forests and timber forests are also affected by non-agricultural income ratio,distance from forest land to home and village to processing plant.The distance has a significant negative impact;in addition,the education level of the head of the household,whether party members,and family social relations also have different degrees of promotion for farmers to receive social services.(2)Farmers have a strong demand for forestry socialized services,but in the actual supply of services,they are faced with a single supply body and limited supply content.The services provided by each supply body cannot meet the strong needs of farmers,especially in the presence of forestry society.The phenomenon that the supply and demand of chemical services deviate,the supply and demand are not well matched,and the satisfaction of forestry social services is low.(3)In an empirical analysis of the satisfaction of farmers 'forestry socialization services,whether the head of the household is a party member,a cooperative member,whether there are forestry subsidies and forest road quality significantly affects the satisfaction of forestry socialization services;Proportion,the distance from woodland to home and the distance from village to processing plant significantly negatively affect the satisfaction of forestry social services.Based on the above conclusions,in order to better promote the sustainable development of forestry and increase farmers' income,the article proposes to improve the multiple supply model of forestry socialization services,enrich the supply of forestry socialization services and optimize the supply structure of services;aiming at the actual needs of farmers To improve service satisfaction.
