polysaccharides,saponins,flavonoids and other active substances.Lycium barbarum fruit has the functions of tonifying,generating blood and improving immunity.Seabuckthorn fruit and leaves have the effects of sterilization,anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation.This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different levels of compound extract of seabuckthorn and medlar on the growth performance and serum indexes of weaned piglets and finishing pigs.Experiment 1 Weaning piglet experiment240 "Duroc ×Landrace ×Yorkshire" hybrid pigs with good health and weight of 8.75 ± 0.17 kg were selected by single factor randomized block design.The weaned piglets were randomly divided into 6 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 10 pigs in each replicate.In the control group,500 mg / kg bolaohui powder was added to the basic diet;The experimental group(recorded as 400 groups,500 groups,600 groups,700 groups and 800 groups respectively)added 400 mg / kg,500 mg / kg,600 mg / kg,700 mg / kg and 800 mg / kg compound extract of seabuckthorn(Hippophae rhamnoides L)and medlar(Lycium barbarum L)to the basic feed respectively.The results are as follows:(1)Production performance: ADG of 600 group was significantly higher than that of control group and other experimental groups(P<0.01);The F/G of 500,600 and 700 groups were significantly lower than that of the control group,400 and 800 groups(P<0.01),of which 600 group was the lowest.There was no significant difference in ADFI and diarrhea rate among groups(P>0.05).(2)Serum biochemical indexes: AST activity in control group was significantly higher than that in 500,600,700 and 800 groups(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between control group and 400 group(P>0.05).The ALT activity in the control group was significantly lower than that in 800 group,significantly higher than that in 400 and 600groups(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference from that in 500 and 700 groups(P>0.05).The content of GGT in 800 group was significantly lower than that in control group and other experimental groups(P<0.05).The content of crea in control group,500,700 and 800 groups was significantly lower than that in 400 group(P<0.05)and significantly higher than that in 600 group(P<0.05).The content of urea in control group,500 and 600 groups was significantly lower than that in 400 and 800 groups(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between them and 700 groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in serum TC,TG,Glu,ALB and TP between groups(P>0.05).(3)Serum antioxidant index: T-AOC in 600 group was significantly higher than that in control group and other experimental groups(P<0.05).The activity of SOD in 500 group was significantly lower than that in 600 group(P<0.01),and significantly higher than that in control group and 400,700 and 800 groups(P<0.01).The activity of GSH-Px in group 700 was significantly higher than that in control group and other experimental groups(P<0.01).The content of MDA in control group,400 and 500 groups was significantly higher than that in 600,700 and 800 groups(P<0.05).The content of 8-OHd G in 600 and 700 groups was significantly lower than that in control group,400,500 and 800 groups(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in serum cat between groups(P>0.05).(4)Serum immune indexes: The content of IL-1 in 500,600 and 700 groups was significantly higher than that in control group,400 group and 800 group(P<0.05);The content of IL-1 in 400 group was significantly higher than that in control group and 800group(P<0.05).The content of 1l-10 in each experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),of which 500 group was the highest.The content of NF-k B in 400,500 and 600 groups was significantly lower than that in control group,700 and 800 groups(P<0.01),of which 600 group was the lowest.The content of Ig A in 400,500,600 and 800 groups was significantly higher than that in control group and 700 group(P<0.01),and the content of Ig A in 600 group was the highest.The content of Ig M in 500 and 600 groups was significantly higher than that in control group,700 and 800 groups(P<0.01),and significantly lower than that in 400 groups(P<0.01).The content of Ig G in500,700 and 800 groups was significantly lower than that in 600 group(P<0.01),and significantly higher than that in control group and 400 group(P<0.01).In conclusion,under the experimental conditions,adding 600 mg / kg and 700 mg / kg compound extract of seabuckthorn and Lycium barbarum to the diet can improve the production performance of weaned piglets.Adding 500 mg / kg,600 mg / kg and 700 mg / kg compound extract of seabuckthorn and medlar in the diet can improve the serum biochemical indexes,antioxidant indexes and immune indexes of weaned piglets.The appropriate dose of seabuckthorn and Lycium barbarum compound extract in the diet of weaned piglets is 600 mg / kg.Experiment 2 Fattening pig experimentUsing single factor complete random design,54 " Landrace ×Yorkshire×Ningxiang pig" hybrid pigs with good health and weight of 38.75 ± 0.87 kg were randomly divided into three treatment groups,with 6 replicates in each group and 3 pigs in each replicate.In the control group,500 mg / kg bolaohui powder was added to the basic diet;The experimental group(250 and 300 groups respectively)added 250 mg / kg and 300 mg / kg Seabuckthorn and medlar compound extract to the basic feed respectively;The results are as follows:(1)Production performance: There was no significant effect on ADFI,ADG and F/G in control group,250 group and 300 group(P>0.05),but F/G of 250 group and 300 group decreased by 12% and 16% respectively compared with the control group.(2)Nutrient digestibility: The apparent digestibility of GE in 250 group was significantly higher than that in control group and 300 group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between control group and 300 group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the digestibility of DM,CP,EE,NDF,ADF and ash among the groups(P > 0.05).(3)Serum biochemical indexes: The content of Glu in 250 and 300 groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the highest in 300 group.The content of TP in 300 group was significantly higher than that in 250 group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between 300 group and control group(P>0.05).The content of Alb in 300 group was significantly higher than that in control group and 250group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum ast,alt,GGT,alt,crea,TC,TG and urea among the groups(P>0.05).(4)Serum antioxidant indexes: The content of MDA in each group was significantly different(P < 0.01),the lowest in group 300 and the highest in the control group.CAT activity in 250 group was significantly higher than that in control group and 300 group(P<0.05).The content of 8-OHDG in 300 group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between 300 group and 250 group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the activities of serum T-AOC,GSH-PX and SOD among the groups(P>0.05).(5)Serum immune indexes:The content of IL-10 in 300 group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between 300 group and 250 group(P>0.05).The content of Ig A in each group was very significant(P<0.01),the highest in group 300 and the lowest in the control group.The content of Ig M in 300 group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between 300 group and 250 group(P>0.05).The content of Ig G in 300 group was significantly higher than that in control group and 250 group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the contents of serum IL-1 and NF-k B among the groups(P>0.05).Based on the above,under the experimental conditions,the addition of 250 mg / kg and300 mg / kg compound extract of seabuckthorn and medlar residue in the diet can improve the production performance,apparent digestibility,serum biochemical indexes,antioxidant indexes and immune indexes of finishing pigs.The appropriate dose of compound extract of seabuckthorn and medlar in the diet of finishing pigs is 300 mg / kg. |
