As the development of cultivation, feed antibiotics developed a lot, and it also advanced the cultivation. But with the use of antibiotics, the harmfulness of it was also been recognised . As a new feed activites, people pay more attention to combined probiotics. The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of corn-bean supplemented with combined probiotics diets in early weaned piglets on growth performance and blood. 75 healthy pigs (21d) were randomly allotted to 5 groups by weight with three replicates per group and five pig per replicate. Group A as the control group, group B added antibiotics and 0.05% combined probiotics, group C added 0.025% combined probiotics, group D added 0.05% combined probiotics, and group E added antibiotics (it content 0.01% colistin sulfate &0.04% bacitracin zinc). The experiment lasted for 30 days. The results indicated:(1)Growth performance , apparent digestibility and immunity of piglets fed combined probiotics were significantly higher than the control group, the average daily gain improved 18.6% (p<0.05), the apparent digestibility of crude protein improved 13.15% (p<0.05).Use combined probiotics and antibiotics only or both can improve anti-body level of serue, adding 0.05% combined probiotics group was much better than others. To combined probiotics, adding 0.05% is the better dosage.when using both antibiotics and combined probiotics, people can not get obvious adding effect,(2)The conclusion is combined probiotics can substitute all antibiotics.
