With the implementation of the new energy strategy in our country,large amounts of biogas engineering construction in our country,for the industrial production of organic fertilizer was unabled to process a large number of flow state and used,a large number of surplus product caused serious environmental pollution,and wasted a lot of biomass resources.By referring to the foreign research experience,it was undoubtedly the best way to adopt the dark irrigation method of applying marsh fertilizer under the farmland surface,which was a comprehensive index of efficiency,benefit,ecology and environment.There were few studies on the mechanism of convective organic fertilizer in China.According to the local conditions,it was the general trend of using fluidized organic fertilizer to independently research and develop the technology and equipment of furrow irrigation of fluidized organic fertilizer suitable for China’s national conditions.A large fluidized organic fertilizer storage tank for storage and transportation was designed.In order to promote the popularization and promotion of ecological agriculture circular economy and convective utilization of organic fertilizer.Whether from ecological environmental benefit,social benefit and economic benefit all have important significance.Based on this research developed the whole hanging dark irrigation machinery during the experiment work existence question and the insufficiency,in the process of optimization design,design to develop fertilization work more efficient and more convenient,more reliable structure of half hanging flow organic fertilizer transport machine system.Quality of the design load was 8tons of tanks,which was set on the basis of the drum type external window,automatic feeding valve open institutions such as device,according to the corresponding load design and calculation of tank structure size,according to the corresponding size of tank design selection on ancillary components.According to the theory of suction and discharge,the fertilizer suction and discharge system was designed,and the storage tank and vacuum pump were selected.According to the design of tank structure size and frame carrying the load when the job was to transport semi-trailer frame design,and matching design drawing frame and supporting device,according to the load on axle engineering structure analysis,selection of vehicle frame in raising transport machine with maximum stress is analyzed.The results show that,through the improved design of the full-wall fertilizer application machine,the semi-wall organic fertilizer production and application machine has a longer working distance of primary fertilizer loading,which increases the fertilization efficiency in the field.It has more convenient and fast in the operation of fertilizer loading,and it has more convenient to open and close the valve in the field operation.The air pump of the suction and exhaust system has driven by the tractor’s power output shaft.The designed bearing chassis structure has reliabled,so that the fertilization depth has consistented with the requirements of agronomy.Fertilizing machine system an operation has deep cutting stubble,irrigation,fertilization,cultivating and open drainage of multiple effect,dark irrigation fertilization machine front disc stubble cutting knife work between free plow can effectively cut the surface of the rod down and not block machine.Capacity of 8 tons flow fertilizer transport tanks,tanks total length has 3880 power supply,separately to make full use of the power of the tractor.The extraction rate was calculated to be 52.4 m~3/h,and the amount of free air required in the entire discharge process was 16.58 m3.The time when the material fills the storage tank is 529 s,and the primary operating area is 1760 m~2.The semi-trailer chassis carrying the transportation tank body has a frame load mass of 11.5 t,a frame length of 3700 mm and a frame width of 900mm.In the form of double axle,the wheelbase has designed to be 1360 mm and the wheelbase is 2100 mm.The semi-trailer chassis has more stable and makes full use of the tractor power when the shaft load has transferred less when lifting the working equipment.The maximum lifting force of the hydraulic suspension system is 21.3 kN.The field operation state and lifting state of the suspension device are simulated.The structure design has reasonabled and meet the requirement of working strength.It has provided a reference for the collection,transportation and application of fluidized organic fertilizer in China.
