The problem of crop straw involves the sustainable development of soil fertility,environmental protection,soil and water conservation and the effective utilization of regenerated resources.Rich in nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and trace elements of crop straw,is one of the most important organic fertilizer in china.Many studies showed that straw mulching could increase soil organic matter content,improve soil,especially to alleviate the contradiction between China's nitrogen and phosphorus imbalance,make up the nitrogen phosphorus and potassium fertilizers are very important deficiencies,but also can solve the accumulation and environmental pollution caused by burning in China because of straw and produce process the.This project comes from the public welfare industry project of the Ministry of agriculture(201503116): "Research on the technical indicators for the construction of rational plough layer in dry land".Through the analysis and summary of the current situation of straw returning machine at home and abroad,with the combination of agricultural and agronomic requirements,according to the working principle of the design of the deep shovel rotating a straw returning machine.The main research results and conclusions obtained in this paper are as follows:(1)According to the requirements of the technical indexes of the rational plough layer in dryland,the functions of the supporting equipment should be determined.By analyzing the relative references of straw returning machinery and related soil preparation machinery,a straw returning machine is designed,which integrates straw collection,fertilization,furrow,burying,covering and pressing together,and realizes the diversified operation of single machine.(2)According to the demand of the operation,the overall design of the straw deep burial machine is carried out.The whole scheme of straw returning machine is discussed,the main technical parameters of straw returning machine are determined,the transmission device is determined,and the power consumption is analyzed and the power selection is carried out.(3)The design and analysis of the key parts of the straw deep burying machine are carried out.The structural design of the straw collection device,spraying device,burying device,earth covering device and repressing device were determined.The force analysis of the rotary spear shaft is carried out to ensure its stability.(4)Kinematic analysis of ditching and burying device in key parts of a large ridge double row straw deep buried machine is carried out.Analysis of the rotating blade and the supporting plate of the spade soil movement equation,and the phase angle between the installation angle of blade and blade and the supporting soil plate.The soil cutting section of straw returning machine distance,tillage depth,rotary speed ratio,groove bottom bulge height and FA block volume and main working parameters such as the thickness of the sure.The curve equation of the blade's side cutting edge is established.(5)Using Ansys oftware to do finite element analysis of rotary spade blade,get its equivalent stress and displacement nephogram.The maximum and maximum stress position of the blade is determined to ensure that the blade reaches a certain stiffness and strength.Modal analysis of rotary spear shaft,ensure that the cutter shaft will not resonate.(6)Through the relevant theoretical knowledge of dynamics,the Solidworks Motion plug-in is applied to the simulation test and analysis of the virtual prototype of the ditching burial device,and its motion characteristics are studied,and the motion of the blade of the spade is verified.The Edem discrete element analysis software is used to simulate the soil cutting process of the spade blade,and the working effect diagram of each time period and the change of the cutting resistance of the blade are obtained.
