The greenhouse vegetable soil field is cultivated in successive years,resulting in soil ecological damage,reduced nutrient availability and degraded productivity.Organic materials as a necessary source of greenhouse vegetable soil nutrients.Organic materials-returning,re-active the beneficial microbial populations,can repair the soil,improve nutrient use efficiency.In this paper,the effects of different organic materials and fungicides on the growth of tomato,and nutrient of the soil in North China were investigated by pot experiment.Bacillus Geobacillus(G1)was selected to identify the growth characteristics and some physicochemical properties of the strain,and to verify the effect of the soil.The effects of different treatments on the growth and yield of tomato seedlings were studied by adding the same amount of Gluconate,Straw,Pig Manure,Glucose and Gluten,Combined with Inorganic Fertilizers,mixed with grain field soil and greenhouse vegetable field soil.The main results and conclusion can be summarized as followed:G1 colony morphology,which is round jagged,the surface is moist,and the color is milky white.The colonies were round,Gram stained positive bacteria,was rod-shaped,there are capsules.Identified as Geobacillus.It is well for growth at the pH value of 5-9,Nacl mass fraction of 2%-8%,with degradation of starch,grease,cellulose,inorganic phosphorus function.Compared with the control treatment,G1 bacteria,straw,pig manure,G1 bacteria and pig manure can repair the soil.In addition to the application of straw,the growth of soil tomatoes in the grain field is better than that of the greenhouse vegetable soil.The content of soil organic matter was increased by 13%and 8%in the grain field,respectively,and which increased by 16%and 12%in the greenhouse vegetable soil,respectively.The application of organic materials can fertilize the soil in a short time,and pig manure with the same agent was the most effective materials than oters,which can contribute to slow down soil acidification,high EC value,and significantly increase the soil alkaline phosphatase activity,to improve available soil nutrient and tomato yield.Under the experimental conditions,the remediation of soil straw was better,and the effect of straw application was lower than that of control.
