Black soil was one of the highest organic matters in china, after reclamation organic matter lost rapidly because of human activity. It was very important to search effective foster fertilizer manner to control its decrease and accelerate its durative development. Mealie stalk could improve soil setting, increase soil organic carbon content and decrease greenhouse gas release. So, it was significance to study the effect of organic material on soil organic carbon accumulation and changing rule. This paper studied the effect of organic material different application amount on black organic carbon accumulation and changing rule during three years incubation.Experimentation with different organic carbon content was comprised of four treatments as follows: 0% (no organic material application), 0.36% (50 gram organic material application), 0.72% (100 gram organic material application), and 1.08% (150 gram organic material application). The total organic carbon content of every soil increased greatly with incubation time prolong and the increasing quantities of organic material, which showed a remarkable liner correlation. Total organic carbon content increased with organic material application, sample 1, 2 and 5 were above 0.36%, and sample 3 and 4 were above 0.72%; Total organic carbon content of sample 6 and 7 kept basically the level of CK or was a bit higher than CK.The heavy organic carbon content of every soil increased greatly with incubation time prolong and the increasing quantities of organic material. The heavy organic carbon content of sample 1, 3 and 5 was lower than that of CK all the time. The heavy organic carbon content of sample 2 and 7 was equal to that of CK. The heavy organic carbon content, which added organic material above 0.36% in the sample 4 and 6, was higher than that of CK.It could be found that the higher organic carbon content, the bigger complex quantity. Complex quantity and additional complex quantity of sample 1, 2 and 3 increased with the increasing quantities of organic material. Complex quantity of sample 4 increased, but additional complex quantity decreased. Complex quantity and additional complex quantity of sample 5, 6 and 7 were the highest under 0.72% level. The LF-C of every soil increased with the increasing quantities of organic material, which showed a remarkable liner correlation. The percent content of LF-C was 3.49%~35.86%, and heavy organic carbon content was 64.14%~96.51%.
