Since the “melamine” incident in 2008,consumers have had a serious crisis of trust in China's dairy industry and have even refused to purchase domestically produced dairy products.In order to ensure the quality and safety of dairy products,reconstruct consumers' trust in domestic dairy products,and improve the competitiveness of domestic dairy products,the production methods of raw milk in China have undergone a tremendous transformation: from traditional free-range farming to unified farm management,and production have been more standardized and efficient,from which large-scale operation of China's pastures has been achieved.Although the operation of the scaled ranch has alleviated the crisis of domestic dairy products to a certain extent,various problems have emerged,such as the random use of feed additives and veterinary drugs,improper handling of wastes and improper treatment of dead animals and poultry,etc.These non-standard production practices and operational processes on the one hand affected the quality and safety of dairy products,on the other hand they caused environmental pollution and even affected the lives of residents.The key to such problems are that pastures have not achieved standardized operation.Pastoral standardization could guarantee the quality and safety of raw milk and promote the healthy development of dairy industry.In order to promote the standardization of animal husbandry,the Heilongjiang Provincial Government issued a document stating that it must give full play to the mobilization and guidance role of government funds,and attract financial and social capital to build a standardized and moderately-sized farm through financial subsidies,loan interest subsidies and equity investment.By 2020,the province will have achieved more than 1,000 standardized pastures with over 300 heads.Therefore,in order to respond to the national policy to promote the standardized operation of dairy cattle breeding industry faster and better.To make our country's pastures move towards standardized operation as soon as possible and promote the harmonious development of economy,society and ecology,the improvement of the standardization of pasture operations was a first must.Based on the research results at home and abroad,the paper comprehensively used a variety of theories and methods to study the process mechanism,impact mechanism,dynamic mechanism,and promotion strategy of standardized operation of pastures in Heilongjiang Province,which helps to understand Heilongjiang Province's pastures in depth.The standardized operating mechanism has enriched and improved its research theories and methods,and provided suggestions for promoting the standardization of pasture operations in Heilongjiang Province.Firstly,on the basis of in-depth analysis of relevant concepts and characteristics of pastoral standardization,the status,significance and existing problems of standardized operation of pasture in Heilongjiang Province were analyzed.Secondly,it revealed the process mechanism of standardized operation of pastures in Heilongjiang Province,established a framework of process mechanisms and conducted relevant mechanism research on the start-up phase,development phase and maturation phase of standardized operation of pastures,and took the case study of Wuligutou Cooperative Farming Co.,Ltd.for standardization of pastures.The operating process provides a theoretical basis.Then,from the perspectives of subjects,objects,mediators,and the environment,the influencing factors of standardized operation of pastures in Heilongjiang Province were studied based on the basic data of pastures,the level of production management,the level of quality and safety of dairy products,the degree of internalization of standards,and the external environment.The mediating role of the standardized degree of internalization was based on the theoretical analysis results to construct a conceptual model and put forward research hypotheses.The questionnaires were used to obtain the actual data of pastoral standardization operations,and descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity tests were carried out,using AMOS17..0 The model was identified and fitted.Based on the empirical research results,the relationship between the influence direction,impact degree,and influencing factors of each influencing factor was analyzed,and the mediating effect of the standardized internalization degree was analyzed.In addition,the system dynamics model was constructed from the perspective of pastoral standardization power,pastoral standardization input funds,and technology innovation achievements to simulate the dynamic mechanism of pastoral standardization operation and reveal the interrelationships and impact paths between subsystems.Finally,from the aspects of the process mechanism,impact mechanism,and dynamic mechanism of the standardized operation of pastures,the strategy for improving the standardization of pasture operations was put forward.According to the research results,the development of standardized operation of large-scale pastures in Heilongjiang Province was proposed:(1)In the process of standardized operation of pastures in Heilongjiang Province,we must pay attention to improving the level of cooperation between pastures and enterprises,the process and mechanism of cohesion,and the emphasis on digestion and absorption to increase the use of technology.(2)The influencing factors of standardization of pasture operations including the basic data of pastureland,production and management level,quality and safety level of dairy products and external environment,among which the standardized internalization level mediates some variables,So we must strengthen the construction of the external environment,raise awareness of standardization and strictly control the production process.(3)In terms of the power mechanism of standardized operation of pastures,it is necessary to coordinate the relationship between the subsystems to grasp the overall operation,adhere to the dynamic thinking problem to grasp the system operation rules,and grasp the system key variables to adjust the system operation decision in order to better promote Ranch standardized operation.
