| Biogas slurry can be reasonably resource utilization of biogas residues and reduce agricultural costs into account environmental benefits. In this research,biogas slurry (with local farmers garbage, manure as a feedstock anaerobic fermentation) alternative fertilizers and pesticides planting Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa pekinensis), by setting the field plot planted 12 treatments trials to water, conventional fertilizer and biogas slurry fertilizer joint administration as CK, Chinese cabbage-the Yangtze River on the 5th precocious as material in Shuangliu County, Jinqiao Zhen Xin village, six groups are farmers organic vegetable bases were studied agricultural biogas on Chinese cabbage yield, quality and pest control, and to explore the application amount of slurry under cabbage yield, quality and pest control best-case situation. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Cabbage yield with increasing amount of biogas slurry was applied first and then decreased trend.When the biogas fertilizer was 3350~3850 kg/666.7m2, the cabbage plant height, leaf width, leaf length, leaf dry weight were in a relatively high level, thus contributing to the cabbage production. When the total application amount of slurry was 3350~3600kg/666.7m2, the cabbage yield remained at a relatively high level, in addition to biogas fertilizer was 2100 kg/666.7m2, other biogas treatment group compared to the conventional fertilizer the yield increased 24.88%~113.28%. Among them, when slurry application rate was 3600 kg/666.7m2,the yield was highest, respectively, compared with water control (A), conventional fertilizer (B), fertilizer and biogas slurry combined treatment (C), production increased 159.16%,113.28% and 111.54%. Therefore, the growth and yield of cabbage from consideration when the amount of biogas was in 3350~ 3600kg/666.7m2,the growth of Chinese cabbage was good and the yield at the highest level.(2) Within a certain range of biogas slurry fertilizer, Chinese cabbage quality with increasing amount of biogas administration improved. After which the cabbage soluble sugar content, vitamin C content and the overall trend of chlorophyll content was increased with increasing amount of biogas administered first fall, when the total biogas fertilizer was 3350~3850 kg/666.7m2, the cabbage chlorophyll, soluble sugar and vitamin C content were in the presence of a significant difference with higher levels of fertilizer in the control group. With the increase of biogas slurry fertilizer, Chinese cabbage soluble protein content increased firstly but decreased then increased slowly and fertilizer treatments were not significant, but the crude fiber content increases the amount of slurry applied gradually decreased, when the total amount of slurry applied was 3350~4100kg /666.7m2, the crude fiber content in Chinese cabbage there is a significant difference in a relatively low level and conventional fertilizer group.With the increased of biogas slurry fertilizer, Chinese cabbage nitrogen content showed a gradual upward trend, when total biogas fertilizer was 3100~4100kg/667m2, the nitrogen content of Chinese cabbage was significantly higher than conventional chemical fertilizers. Cabbage potassium and phosphorus content in the first and then increased and then decreased when administered biogas total amount of 3100~4100kg/ 667m2, the phosphorus content was more than cabbage fertilizer group process; all slurry processing cabbage potassium content and fertilizer group had not significant differences; cabbage Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn micronutrient content with increased amount of biogas slurry application slow upward trend, when biogas slurry application rate of 3100~4100kg/ 666.7m2,to a certain extent, helping to improve cabbage Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn content and enhance cabbage mineral nutrition. Cabbage Nitrate Content with increasing amount of biogas slurry application, was dropped after the first rise, all biogas treatment group was significantly lower than the conventional fertilizer treatment nitrite content is was a certain upward trend, but with conventional fertilizer compared have some decline,all the biogas process cabbage nitrate and nitrite content did not exceed the national standard.Cabbage heavy metals (Pb, Cr, Cd and As) content increased with the application of slurry upward trend, Chinese cabbage planting process control the total amount of biogas in 2100~ 2850kg/666.7m2, the whole Chinese cabbage is low heavy metal content, but cabbage heavy metal content exceeded all untreated slurry.So from cabbage quality and food safety concerned, when the total biogas slurry was 3350~3850 kg/666.7m2, the nutritional quality of cabbage was at the highest level, all the indicators are limited food exceeded the national standard, it was safe to eat.(3) Cabbage disease index, and one hundred insect pest incidence increases with the amount of slurry applied was a certain downward trend. When the total application amount of slurry 3350~4100 kg/666.7m2, the slurry treated cabbage disease index close to pesticide control, disease prevention and treatment effect is relatively close to the pesticide control group reached 77.07%~80.73%. When biogas total application amount 4100 kg/ 666.7m2, one hundred insect pest incidence and the lowest number, respectively,3.7%and 13.3, and pesticide control group was not significant. Total showed biogas slurry fertilizer 3350~4100 kg/666.7m2, its control effect similar to pesticides in the control group, the basic realization of biogas instead of chemical pesticides.In summary, when the amount of slurry applied was in 3350~3600 kg/666.7m2, it was possible to ensure cabbage yield, under the premise of quality optimization, alternative to chemical pesticides to control pests and diseases. |
