By reference to study the self-propelled,traction and other straw baler.Starting from straw bale collection and grain harvest,the maching baler for combine harvester was designed.Maching baler is installed on the side of the wheat combine harvester and they form one machine.The power of the maching baler comes from the combine harvester.This machine can meet the current rapid harvesting of straw in China.To make up for the vacancy of straw harvest.Has a good application prospect.Lay the foundation for the future development of rice and straw harvesting machine.The increased power consumption is within the allowable reserve capacity of the combine harvester.Under the premise of lightweight design and sufficient reliability,this paper aims to reduce the power consumption of the maching baler as much as possible,reduce vibration on the combine harvester and enhance the reliability of the machine itself for the purpose.From feeding,compression and frame aspects of research.Optimization design the maching baler.Straw feed is the first action of machine.Based on the operating principle of feeding mechanism and analysis of the movement characteristics of the straw ejected from the combine harvester.Structure design and operation rate of feeding mechanism.The structure of the feeding mechanism of the utility model is a telescopic finger mechanism with three rows of two teeth.The motion parameters of feeding mechanism are determined.Straw feed with the assistance of the upper and lower piston feeding.The new design feeding mechanism can better meet the needs of their work.By using ADMAS simulation software to simulate the movement of the feeding mechanism,check the running track,speed and attitude.The purpose of this paper is to reduce the power consumption and the vibration effect caused by the reciprocating motion of the piston.The operation condition and operation frequency of the compressor are analyzed and determine the appropriate operating frequency.The piston is designed to reduce the weight of the piston,and increase the operating strength of the piston.To ensure the contact between the piston roller and the guide rail,reduce friction,improve the accuracy of contact.The stress fatigue analysis of ANSYS soft bar and crank is carried out,and the different points of stress and fatigue are analyzed.Field performance test of maching baler.Experimental results show: bale density,regular bale rate,breaking rate,binding rate,rope consumption are have reached the design requirements.The combination of the combine harvester and the maching baler is good.The effect of harvesting on grain yield of combine harvester meets the requirements.
