As a characteristic crop widely cultivated in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau region of China,Highland barley is not only the main food ration for the people in the highland pastoral area,but also the ideal high-quality feed source in the highland animal husbandry industry,so the planting area is expanding year by year.Due to the growth characteristics of the green grass crops themselves,the planting area is divided into highland plots and hilly mountains,in which the hilly mountain planting plots are small and scattered,which seriously reduces the degree of mechanization.Due to the awn of highland barley is longer and the existence of inverted thorns,resulting in cattle and sheep and other livestock in the process of consumption often appear the phenomenon of mouth,stomach damage,while the treatment of straw in most areas still use manual collection,transportation,increased labour intensity and economic costs,and traditional rice wheat joint harvester machinery in the highland barley harvest operation can not solve the above problems.Therefore,this paper designs a kind of the baler for combine harvester of highland barley,realizes the integration operation of harvesting,granulation,awn-breaking,sorting and straw strapping of highland barley.This paper mainly studies in-depth in the following aspects:?1?Based on the existing track-type combine harvester,the overall design and structure layout scheme of the baler for combine harvester of highland barley is put forward,the design is accompanied by the crushing of the granulation awn-broken device and the straw baling device,as well as the whole machine power distribution is reasonably designed to further improve the overall operation efficiency and operation quality of the field work.?2?Improved design of traditional granulation rollers,optimizing key component parameters,bolting the two rotating opposite slats are installed at the first plate and the second slat respectively,while selecting the nail-tooth welding and rod welding staggered arrangement combination,not only to ensure the threshing rate,but also increase the impact of the roller on the crop,rub,rub,While effectively improving the rate of crushed man,the inverting of the inner surface of the awn of highland barley also has a certain removal effect.The structural dimension parameters of the granulation elements and concave plates were analyzed and calculated.?3?Through the selection design of the key components of the baling device,the overall configuration mode and power distribution of the baling device are determined,knotter clutch device is designed by studying the principle of the bale size control,and the key parameters such as the feeding mechanism fork length,Piston reciprocating frequency,and so on are determined.?4?By reference to the modal vibration analysis results,the arrangement and parameter setting of the threshing components are further optimized,and the weak structure is analyzed and improved to improve the reliability of the work.Using ADAMS to carry out motion simulation of the feeding mechanism,check the track interference of the upper and side forks,and verify the reasonableness of the parameters of the structure design to ensure the smooth and smooth operation of the feeding device.?5?The results of the field test show that when the operating speed is maintained at6.0 km/h,the the baler for combine harvester of highland barley in the various operational indicators:the threshing rate of grain is 86.49%,the average loss rate was 1.69%,the average crushing rate is 0.11%,and the average hybrid rate is 6.27%,the awn rate of the grass straw is 5.84%,and the average length of the contained awn is less than 17 mm.The rate of awn-breaking of the whole machine was 92.4%,the baling rate of the baler for combine harvester of highland barley reached 98.3%,the pass rate of the grass baler reached reached 94.7%,the resistance rate of the grass bales reached 90%,and the efficiency of the whole machine operation reached 0.44 hm2/h,the average straw bale cross-section all-size is0.5 m×0.6 m,the average straw bale density reached 124 kg m-3,the productivity of pure working hours is 3860 h.The indicators are better than the relevant standard requirements,in which the straw awn treatment performance is significantly better than the comparison model,the inner surface of the awn inverted removal effect is obvious.
