Agricultural Experiment Plot is the base for breeding improved varieties, improved culture technology and variety Comparison Test. Mechanization to achieve breeding of plot could improve the efficiency of breeding, reduce labor intensity of Breeding operations and liberate of labor. Plot harvest is the important and Final part of Field Experiments of Seed Breeding . Plot harvest is different from normal harvest.There are a lot of plot in one Agricultural Experiment field, and the area is smaller. So the Plot harvest should not only have a higher productivity, but also to Avoid mixed seeds. At present,China's Plot seed harvest is still mainly harvesting methods of the hand harvest and common thresher threshing section. To take hand harvest, the harvest period is longer, easy to be adversely affected farming season, indirect losses, and that poor comparability of test data. The use of common wheat thresher threshing, high grain crushing rate, high loss rate, difficult to clean up in the thresher ,seed residue, and easily give rise to hybrid seeds, resulting in distortion of experimental data.So, according to the agronomic requirements of seed harvest in the agricultural experimental plot, developed a wheat breeding for the self-propelled plot combine harvester wheat seeds, which is component of Stripping devices, threshing device, transmission system and tractor with hand. It may be one time to complete in the fields cutting, threshing, separation, cleaning, bagging and other operational aspects. Its main features are: Stripping harvesting methods used to simplify the machine body, reducing power consumption. Oriented with a cone plate axial threshing cylinder to enhance the capacity of the threshing and reduce seed damage. Machine using air transport and air cleaning, removing the mechanical transmission and separation devices, and combines the traditional off compared to a net rate, the low rate of fragmentation, anti-mixing, etc, Needless to manually clean-up.The paper fully applied method of machine design and machine principles to design individual parts on the front-mounted haybine, and perform load analyzing and strength evaluation on the mainly shafts and the wheel gears. Then the software of AutoCAD was used to complete the whole series drawings for the machine, and create the three dimensional model of the whole machine in Pro/ENGINEER. And also analyzes the main part of under stress in ANSYS.
