| In veterinary clinic,canine mammary tumor is one of the most common tumor.Both its incidence and mortality are very high,which has a very serious influence on dog in the living standard and health,and the cure rate of the disease is not high.Therefore,means to the diagnosis of mammary tumor,treatment and prevention of the research is of great significance to achieve early prevention,early diagnosis,early treatment.Laid the foundation for clinical diagnosis and treatment of rapidly and correctly,and provide a reference basis on the recurrence of the prognosis.Immunotherapy has become a hot topic in recent years.There is growing hope the treatment of immunotherapy point inhibitors in the treatment of mammary cancer.Among them PD-L1 has to do with the immune response of the tumor.It can help tumor cells escape the organism immunity detection.Glut1 is almost in every cell of the body.It is the indispensable factor in the cells gain energy supplies.A large number of tumor cells divide and reproduce.It consumes far more energy than normal cells.Use targeted Glut1 drugs to block the energy uptake of tumor cells and treatment for starving cancer cells are gaining popularity.But currently PD-L1 and Glut1 is confined to in human mammary cancer research,the correlation with tumor character.In terms of the correlation of canine mammary gland tumor character is unclear.Therefore,this experiment in canine mammary tumor as the research object,By IHC-P method to observe PD-L1 and Glut1 expression in canine mammary tumor,combining clinical diagnostic methods,discusses their relationship.Clinically,the diagnosis of breast tumor canines,we are through general inspection(temperature detection,diagnosis,palpation,auscultation and smelling),X-ray examination,FNAC,In combination with ultrasound fault diagnosis,confirmed 11 cases suspected canine mammary tumors.The results showed that a total of 11 patients diagnosed clinically suspected of having canine mammary gland tumors,including 10 cases of mammary tumor,one case was inflammatory lumps of infection,mammary gland tumors accounted for 90.9% of total cases.By histopathologic examination,identification of mammary tumor character and benign or malignant.In six of the 10 cases of canine malignant tumor,and accounts for 60% of the total mammary tumor,respectively is canine mastoid 4 cases of mammary cancer,2 cases of malignant myoepithelial tumor,benign tumor cases in 4 cases,accounting for 40% of the total mammary tumor,mainly intraductal papilloma.By IHC-P method,we studied the PD-L1 and Glut1 expression in canine mammary tumor.Results showed that PD-L1 in 6 cases of malignant tumor are positive,Glut1 expression,but did not express in 4 cases of benign tumor.This study suggests that PD-L1 and Glut1 in canine mammary tumor is positively correlated with tumor character,provide a reference for the diagnosis of canine mammary tumor properties in the future. |
