Evaluation On Sustainable Utilization Of Grassland Resources In Altay Area

Grassland resources is an important part of land resources,also is the material basis for the production and living,in recent years,by climate change,the prairie "three evils" and other natural factors,overgrazing,overload estrepement by man-made factors,such as abuse,and population growth,policies and regulations to carry out the social factors,such as large area of grassland degradation of different level,some even severe degradation.This further endanger the pastoral areas of ecological security,herdsmen living quality,and healthy development of animal husbandry.Therefore,research on evaluation of areaal sustainable utilization of grassland resources,for the area's ecological,economic and social sustainable development,has important theoretical reference value and practical guiding role.Altay area is located in the northwest of our country,there are abundant grassland resources.However,due to natural,human and social factors,the grassland degradation of serious,its ecological function is impaired,resulting in productivity level,seasonal grazing grassland carrying capacity is reduced,further affect the nomads sustainable livelihoods.Analysis,therefore,Altay area grassland resource utilization present situation,problems and their causes,evaluate sustainable utilization of grassland resources in the area,puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions accordingly,research conclusion can provide theoretical reference for sustainable utilization of grassland resource in the Altay area.Overview paper in Altay area,the natural environment,social economic conditions,analysis of grassland resource utilization in the area,on the basis of current situation,problems and their causes,on the basis of the theory of sustainable utilization of grassland resources,reference related literature,from five target layer(i.e.,the grassland resource productivity,stability,resource protection,economic feasibility and the social affordability)to establish evaluation index system,evaluation of sustainable utilization of grassland resource in the Altay area,puts forward some countermeasures of sustainable utilization of grassland resources in the area.Specific paper structure and the main conclusions are as follows:The first part is the introduction,the paper analyzes the research background andsignificance of thesis,expounds the situation of both at home and abroad to carry out the sustainable utilization of grassland resources,the paper selected research methods,to clarify the technical route of the research,has been clear about the essay writing key,difficult and innovation points.The key concepts in the second part of thesis writing and application of relevant theoretical basis is defined.The third part firstly from the two aspects of natural environment and social economy in Altay area are summarized,and then analyze the grassland resource utilization in the area.The fourth part in the process of grassland resource utilization in Altay area discusses the existing problems and the cause of the problem.The problems are: natural grassland degradation of serious,Insufficient construction of artificial grassland,grassland productivity level is low,imbalance of pasture carrying capacity;Summary it is concluded that the reasons of the problems are: climate change,the prairie "three evils" and other natural factors,overgrazing,estrepement excessive overload by man-made factors,such as,and population growth,policies and regulations to carry out the social factors such as inadequate.The fifth part reference for related research,and combining the reality of the study area,set up evaluation index system,evaluate the sustainable utilization of grassland resources in Altay area,draw the conclusion:the area grassland resource utilization in the critical sustainable state.The sixth part according to the evaluation results,related conclusions.Combined with the problems existing in the grassland resource utilization and the above conclusion,put forward the countermeasures of sustainable utilization of grassland resources Altay area.
