Study On The Evaluation Of High Efficiency Utilization Of Water Resources In Irrigation Districts

Water shortage and waste are the main problems faced by water resources utilization in our country.To solve this problem,it is essential to improve the utilization efficiency of water resources and to realize the effective utilization of water resources.Multi functional water resources in agricultural irrigation area has decided the agricultural irrigation water resource utility is not only reflected in the economic benefits,but also reflected in the social and environmental benefits,and agricultural irrigation area with great water-saving potential,is an important research field of efficient use of water resources.Therefore,the evaluation of agricultural water resources reasonable utility to evaluate the agricultural irrigation area,water resources exploitation and utilization,grasp the utilization efficiency of irrigation water resources,utilization of water resources and guide the development direction of agricultural irrigation,provide an important reference and decision-making basis for the management department,can promote the sustainable development of the irrigation area,which has important theoretical and practical significance to carry out research on the evaluation of agricultural water resources the utility.According to the existing national standards,follow the establishment of the principle of evaluation index system,in the investigation understanding peculiar to the People's Victory Canal Irrigation District water resources,environment,based on the social and economic status,determine the People's Victory Canal Irrigation District water resources efficient utilization evaluation index system and grading standards.The extenics evaluation method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and set of analysis and evaluation method for the People's Victory Canal Irrigation District for water resources evaluation of the efficient use and results were obtained as follows:(1)According to characteristics of the People's Victory Canal Irrigation District water resource utilization,the establishment of the irrigation area water resources efficient utilization evaluation index system,the index system by water use efficiency index,economic benefit index,social benefit index and ecological environment benefit index,a total of four major categories of 8 indicators group into.Irrigation water resources efficient utilization is divided into high,more efficient,general and inefficient four grades.(2)Evaluation subsystem subsystem using the extension evaluation method was evaluated.The results show that the three indexes belonging to class I(high level),3 indexes belong to II grade(high level),2 indexes belonging to class III(general level),the final evaluation results to a high level.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate,water use efficiency,social benefit and ecological environment benefit belongs to the general level,and economic benefit is a relatively high level,the final evaluation results to a high level.The set pair analysis method to evaluate the obtained three indicators is of high level,5 indexes belonging to a high level,and ultimately the results to a high level.(3)The sensitivity analysis of irrigation water use coefficient and regression water reuse ratio with higher weight coefficient is made,and the two indexes are not sensitive to the change range,that is,the selection of the evaluation criteria is reasonable.In a word,the extenics evaluation method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and set of analysis and evaluation of the people's Victory Canal Irrigation District water resources utilization degree assessment results,are more efficient level,indicating that the three methods used for irrigation water resources efficient utilization evaluation is available,and the evaluation result is reliable.
