Preparation And Quality Control Of Veterinary Andrographis Oral

Andrographis with heat detoxification,cooling blood,swelling effect,veterinary clinical widely used.It is suitable for intensive and large-scale farms to control animal diseases,and has great application prospect.It has the advantages of small volume,quicker effect,and convenient transportation and storage.Methods:Different factors present study investigated the percolation Andrographis,Andrographis orthogonal design oral veterinary extraction process,and inspection reproducibility verification test,the concentration process;TLC method for identification of veterinary oral Andrographis,using HPLC method was used to study the linear relationship between AND,DDAND.The results showed that the pH value and the relative value of the solution were different.Density,microbial limit check,character identification and other aspects of quality control research;30℃±2℃,RH60%±5%of the temperature and humidity storage conditions for 6 months to visit the veterinary use of Andrographis Oral test group of three batches of traits,pH value,relative density and so on,as well as AND,DDAND and other indicators of change;Respectively,according to the toxicity test method for veterinary use of lotus root oral liquid toxicity test.The results are as follows:1.The extraction process of herba Andrographis was determined to be 5 times 75%ethanol,extracted at 25℃ for 12 hours,and ethanol was recovered under reduced pressure.2.By thin layer chromatography,The herba Andrographis in veterinary herba Andrographis’s oral solution has the same color spots as the standard samples.Linear relationship between sample size and Peak area natural logarithm is well by studying linear relationship.The precision of chromatography system is well by Precision test.Repetitive test’s reproducibility is better.Crude drugs speckles of herba Andrographis is stable in 24 hours by stability test.The average content recovery of AND,DDAND were 96.36%and RSD1.24%.3.Veterinary herba Andrographis’s oral solution’Relative density can be no less than 1.06,pH range is 5.0-6.5,veterinary herba Andrographis’s oral solution Packing volumes is 200mLeach bottle.4.The results showed that there was no significant change in the content of AND,DAND in the oral administration of Andrographis Oral and oral administration.5.Low-dose group do not appear to obvious Clinical symptoms and blood biochemistry,showing that veterinary herba Andrographis’s oral solution have not obvious virulence by Adding toxicity test.In summary,this study investigated preparation and quality control of veterinary Andrographis oral standard,provide a scientific basis for the industrial production of oral systematically.
