Study On Preparation And Pharmacology Of Shuanghuanglian Proplis Oral Liquid

ShuangHuangLian propolis liquid is on the basis of ShuangHuangLian oral liquid, addingflavonoids of propolis,the preparations adapt to modern society’s medication concept.To ensurethe preparations is safety and controlled， we systematically inspected and evaluated on thepreparation technology and quality standards. We also evaluated the preparation on toxicologyand pharmacology.Objective:Determined extracting method of Shuanghuanglian Proplis Oral Liquid;Wecarried on the quality detection,and studied its stability;Evaluated its toxicity; Investigated itsantipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects.Methods:we screened the best extraction process with the content of chlorogenic acid andflavonoids;TLC method to identify radix scutellariae、honeysuckle、forsythia、propolis，withrelative density、pH value、packing volumes as inspection method to establishquality standard ofShuanghuanglian Proplis Oral Liquid;Review the stability of preparation in the glare test、underhigh temperature and room temperature;Evaluation of ShuangHuangLian propolis toxicity of oralliquid through acute toxicity test and the chronic toxicity test;Evaluated significant antipyretic、anti-inflammatory effectsof the ShuangHuangLian propolis oral liquid by yeast in rats to test andxylene induced mouse ear swelling test.Results:Technical study:determine the best water-coction extract technology of Radixscutellariae flos、lonicerae and fructus forsythiae,extract propolis with75%ethanol sealed quenchmethod.Quality standard research:Successfully established TLC identification method of radixscutellariae、honeysuckle、forsythia、propolis,and setted up the methods of relative densityexamination、 pH value and packing volumes,all the methors complied with PRC veterinaryPharmacopoeia Appendix10to2010edition.The stability of the preparation: lay the samples of Shuanghuanglian propolis oral liquid inthe form of100mL/bottle respectively at room temperature (25℃) for6months，high temperature（60℃）for10days, strong light（4500±500Lx）for10days, test the quality of the samples,the result shows that the samples’s stability is well within6months.Toxicology: by acute toxicity test, determine the level of the drug’s toxicity, find that thepreparation of shuanghuanglian propolis oral liquid is mild toxicity;By the chronic toxicity test,determine the drug had no effect on the growth and development of rats,42days repeat dosingand non-toxic reaction. All the research shows that the preparation is safe and reliable for theclinical application.Pharmacology research: Yeast induce fever test in rats to check out if the preparation hasantipyretic property, and in xylene inducing mouse auricle swelling test to check out if thepreparation has anti-inflammatory effects.All the studies show that shuanghuanglian propolis oralliquid is effective on antipyretic and anti-inflammatory.Conclusion:Shuanghuanglian propolis oral liquid is low toxicity, has antipyretic andanti-inflammatory property with good stability. It’s successful development can provide a newformulation for veterinary clinical usage of classical formula.
