Effect Of GA₃ Combined With Vase Solution On Fresh-keeping Of Eustoma Grandiflorum Cut Flowers

In this thesis,Eustoma grandiflorum cut flowers(series of 'Rosita',green)were choosing for the experiments,which mainly studied the preservative effect of solutions containing GA3 combined with sucrose and 8-HQ as well.In addition,the tests has investigated senescence mechanism of Eustoma grandiflorum cut flowers.This essay was held from 3 aspects and the main results were shown as follows:1.Screening of the vase solution.From a series of concentrations(0,10,20,30,40g·L-1)sucrose combined with two different concentrations(100,200mg/L)8-HQ,screen the one which could reveal the best preservative effect of cut flowers.The best combination is 30 g·L-1 sucrose combined with 100mg/L 8-HQ.2.Screening of GA3 pretreatment solution.The preservative effect of GA3 pretreatment solution on Eustoma grandiflorum cut flowers.The experiment set different concentrations(0,25,50,75,100 mg/L)of GA3 pretreatment solution,by detecting several morphological and physiological indexes,25mg/L GA3 pretreatment solution was found had the best preservation effect on Eustoma grandiflorum cut flowers.3.The preservative effect of GA3 pretreatment combined with sucrose and 8-HQ vase solution on Eustoma grandiflorum cut flowers.The result shows that:GA3 pretreatment can effectively extend the vase life,increase in fresh weight and flowering rate,improve the water balance in the body,improve POD,SOD,CAT activity,slow soluble protein content and anthocyanin decline.In addition,the pre pretreatment of cut flowers add the base preservation solution has the better preservation effect.
