In this thesis, Zantedeschia aethiopica and Eustoma grandiflorum cut flower were used as the experiments, studied the fresh-keeping effect of different preservatives. And the mechanism of senescence of Eustoma grandiflorum cut flower were deeply discussed. The purpose of this study was to explore economic and environmental fresh-keeping solution, providing the reference for the more efficient floral preservative of Zantedeschia aethiopica and Eustoma grandiflorum cut flower.1. Study on preservation of Zantedeschia aethiopica cut flower:0.5% sucrose with different concentrations of sorbic acid (10 mg·L-1?30mg·L-1?50mg·L-1) were assembled as the treatments to screen the best concentration, through the determination of ornamental value. The results showed that the treatment (0.5% sucrose+50 mg·L-1 sorbic acid) had evident effect to extend flower diameter, raise the ornamental quality, prolong the vase-life, promote the water absorption, maintain the water balance, reduce the water loss, increase the fresh weight.2. Study on preservation of Eustoma grandiflorum cut flower:Different treatments, adding the single factor (containing sucrose or sorbic acid) or the composite factor with inorganic salt, like CaCl2?or Al2(SO4)3,were setted for the preservation of Eustoma grandiflorum cut flower. The results showed that the vase life of the treatments with 50 mg·L-1 sorbic acid were better than the 100 mg·L-1; the combination of sucrose and sorbic acid showed that the vase life, fresh weight and the water balance of 2%sucrose+100 mg·L-1 sorbic acid were superior to 2% sucrose+50 mg·L-1 sorbic acid; the use of inorganic salt with sucrose and sorbic acid showed that the fresh keeping agents containing inorganic salt were significantly better than the treatment liquids without inorganic salt, in terms of increasing the fresh weight of cut flower, promoting the blossom, prolonging the vase-life, heightening the activity of SOD, POD and CAT, increasing soluble protein contents, and decreasing of relative conductivity. It finaly showed that the concentration of 250 mg·L-1 Al2 (SO4) 3 with 2% sucrose and 100 mg·L-1 sorbic acid, had better synergism for the preservation of Eustoma grandiflorum cut flower.
