Abstract/Summary:
With the extensive application of nuclear energy in military and civil fields,related equipment needs to be updated to adapt to the complex working environment of the nuclear industry.Monitoring system is the main equipment to monitor plant conditions and equipment operation,and the supporting yuntai device has gradually become the focus of research by researchers.Now in view of the nuclear industry closed hot chamber yuntai study is less,this topic on the basis of indoor and outdoor all-round yuntai,design a complicated environment,to adapt to the nuclear industry airtight hot chamber and can realize quick change of the device,the design principle of yuntai,monitoring scope,operation error control method and analysis of statics and dynamics simulation in the end.The following research work is carried out for the rapid replacement of the cradle head device.(1)Firstly,the three-dimensional model of the quick-change cradle head is established.Based on the indoor and outdoor omni-directional cradle head,the principle analysis,design and modeling of the top,middle and bottom structure of the quick-change cradle head are carried out.(2)According to the established model and the designed motion data,analyze the monitoring range and positioning accuracy of thequick-change cradle head,and calculate whether the results meet the design requirements;At the same time,the overall control scheme of the head is designed,and the motor and related components are selected to determine the mode of control operation.(3)Finally,use ANSYS to carry out static analysis on the main load-bearing parts and frame during the transportation of the cradle head,and compare the static simulation results with the mechanical properties of materials to verify the rationality of the design of the parts and frame of the cradle head;Then,ADAMS is used to carry out dynamic simulation to simulate the real motion of the cradle head,and then the simulation results are compared with the previous solution results to verify the correctness of the design of the cradle head system.This project has developed a set of rapid cradle head device that can adapt to the nuclear industry heat chamber.It can accurately locate and operate smoothly in various complex environments,which can provide reference for the design of other cradle head devices.
