Through customer feedback and market investigation,reach conclusion,for electric vehicles the short mileage and long charging time are required to be higher and higher.And the key technology of pure electric vehicles still need enough time and opportunity to break through,so for two question of the short mileage and long charging time,decided on the basis of existing electric vehicle platform exploitataion the rapid replacement functions of electric vehicle to solve the two problems,has to meet the special needs of users.To achieve this funcition,the main workload is the structural design of the body system.The goal of the project is to design a pure electric vehicle that can quickly replace the power battery,ensure the battery's indicators meet the requirements,ensure the basic performance and structurel strength of the body.At the same time,based on the performance index of the original body,the concept and target of space saving,convenient welding,suitable for small batch production and ligheweight design are put forward.Based on the design and structure,variety of vehicles can be shared.Through the prcess analysis and CAE analysis methods,the designed structural parts are simulated and optimized,the structure form and the process ideas are perfected,and the optimal design is obtained.Project technical route: body adopt a split type installation structure,and the installation precision is controlled by using the main and auxiliary positioning pin.The installation structure of symmetry on the body floor.Using method of the <<Double sheet cross superimposed structure>> compare the whole assembly;the electrode integrated in the floor in front of the beam,quick change when the movable contact connection;the battery box and the body use the stagger tooth mechanism connection,stagger tooth mechanism screw on the body bracket,battery box pole distribution on both sides of the box,a total of 14,each side 7;realize the quick change mode time,push the pole upward in to the stagger tooth mechanism card slot,and push forward to the X direction of the whole vehicle coordinate system,at this time the locking mechanism works,locked.Finally,according to the design,the prototype car is trial manufactured,and the quick change mechanism is tested for 8000 times,including reliability test,subjective evaluation,vehicle safety test and so on.
