Research On Food Safety Supervision At Airports

Food is the people's first priority.People's health is closely related to food safety.Food safety may also affect social harmony and stability,affect social economic situation,and even represent the image of the country and the government.Nowadays,food safety has become the key issue of social management.With the development of China's aviation industry and the continuous and rapid growth of air transport volume,food safety supervision at airports is constantly attracting people's attention.Therefore,it is very important to supervise the food safety of airport scientifically.For the airport,the flow of people is large,and the supervision of the food industry is complex,which is also a special area for the Chinese customs to fulfill the supervision responsibility,with many challenges.This paper emphasizes the necessity of government supervision on food circulation safety at airports and the importance of food safety traceability.In order to enhance the food supervision ability,enhance the core competitiveness of the port,and finally improve the safety supervision level of civil aviation,we should promote the cross regional and cross departmental supervision cooperation at the airport,sort out the existing problems in the food supervision at the airport,and put forward effective and feasible suggestions based on the actual situation.In this paper,through certain theoretical analysis,taking W airport as an example,through certain field investigation,the author defines the subject of food supervision at airport,clarifies the boundary of food safety supervision at airport,analyzes and understands the current situation of food supervision at airport from the aspects of supervision subject and object,supervision system and supervision mode,and finds out the following problems: first,There are airport supervision loopholes in the system;the second is that the government departments have outdated supervision ideas and methods;the third is the lack of popularization of food safety knowledge by the government;the fourth is the situation of single supervision force.On the above four main problems,the author analyzes the causes of these problems.imperfect regulatory laws and regulations;inadequate functional transformation of food safety supervision departments;lack of safety awareness of food units;insufficient public supervision power of port food.For how to strengthen food safety supervision at airports,this paper summarizes four countermeasures: 1.Improve laws and regulations;2.Strengthen government departments' supervision of food at airports;3.Enhance food safety responsibility consciousness;4.Improve diversified social supervision mechanism.
