| In recent years,the rapid development of the national economy and the improvement of people’s living standards have increased the demand for quality of life.In the daily food consumption,the people’s choice from the single to the excessive,and people’s production and demand for perishable foods such as processed foods,frozen foods,seafood,fresh dairy products and agricultural products are rising.At the sametime,people’s attention to quality of life has made food quality and safety the focus of attention in today’s society.In particular,the refrigerated transportation of perishable food,the refrigerating transport capacity of perishable food,which marks the level of national cold chain construction,is also a full explanation of the development level of food safety.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the factors that affect the safety of perishable food in refrigerated transportation,and put forward the countermeasures to improve the safe transportation of perishable food.Firstly,this paper study’s the structure of cold chain logistics and its characteristics and principles,and analyzes the situation of the cold chain logistics of perishable food in different from ordinary logistics.Then combined with the present situation of the development of perishable food refrigerated transportation in China,the successful experience of refrigerated transportation development in developed countries in foreign countries,and the comparison of the current situation of refrigeration and transportation in China and abroad analyzes the causes of the refrigerated transportation of perishable food and analyzes the factors that cause the damage of refrigerated transportation.Secondly,according to the relationship between the factors that caused the storage of refrigerated transportation,the accident tree of the safe mode of perishable food is established,according to the principle of accident tree analysis for the structure of the factors important degree,will be ordered by importance to determine the important degree of order.Finally,combined with the short plate of perishable food in China and the important factors that result in the damage of refrigerated transportation this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the safe transport of perishable food in China. |
