The noise caused by the metro has the characteristics of high noise level,long duration,many cycles,and wide impact on the population.It contradicts the increasingly high quality of life requirements,controls and reduces the noise generated by the Metro during operation,and becomes an important factor in the healthy and green development of the metro.Accurate acquisition of real-time noise data during metro operation can eliminate and reduce subway noise pollution.It is essential to design scientific and reasonable prevention and control measures.Therefore,this paper mainly develops a set of Metro noise special online monitoring system that integrates hardware and application software to obtain noise data during metro operation in real time,providing data support for formulating scientific vibration and noise reduction measures.The main contents of this article are as follows:(1)A method of sparse and reconstruction of Metro noise signal based on compressed sensing theory is proposed,which solves the problem of data packets loss during transmission,and transmits monitoring data efficiently and accurately.At the collection end,the sparse processing of the discrete cosine transform is performed on the Metro noise monitoring data to compress the transmitted data amount;the regularized adaptive matching tracking algorithm method is used to reconstruct the received data in the monitoring center and reconstruct the noise monitoring signal;the three sets of simulation data Accuracy testing experiments were conducted with the measured data.The results show that the reconstruction accuracy of the simulated data is at most 99.23%,and the reconstruction accuracy of the measured data is above 93%.(2)An on-line monitoring hardware system for Metro noise was developed,which breaks through the restrictions of the solidified hardware circuit of the general noise monitoring instrument and the single monitoring parameter,and collects the Metro noise signal stably and reliably.Use NI Compact RIO as the core hardware development platform,use the graphical Lab VIEW development language to write hardware development programs,design the FPGA data acquisition programsto complete the rapid collection of noise data,and design real-time data processing programs and data network transmission in Real-Time(Send)system to complete the processing of noise signals and the remote data transmission.(3)An distributed online monitoring network and application program for Metro noise was designed to break the limitation of time-consuming and lagging of traditional Metro engineering work,and to grasp the Metro noise status remotely and in real time.Based on cloud technology and virtual private network technology,a distributed online monitoring network structure is constructed,which can flexibly add and delete monitoring nodes and ensure the security of data transmission.The client application program of metro noise online monitoring system is developed,completing the data reception,display and storage program design;The mobile terminal program is designed based on Lab Socket,and the data of each monitoring point can be browsed in real time by using mobile devices such as computers,mobile phones,tablets and so on.In this article,an online monitoring system for metro noise developed,which integrates software and hardware,which can effectively achieve real-time acquisition,processing,remote transmission and terminal display of metro noise signals.At present,the system has been installed and tested in the pilot application of engineering applications in the Shanghai Metro,and good application results has been achieved.
