| With the proposal of the top-level strategy of jointly building the "Silk Road Economic Belt" in China and the country’s vigorous promotion of high-speed rail technology to the outside world, the international community has paid close attention to the development of high-speed rail, and relevant countries are responding actively. The layout and accessibility of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" along the railway network not only affects the smooth flow of international trade among the countries along the belt, but also plays an important role in the socio-economic development of the entire economic belt. The level of accessibility determines the closeness of the socio-economic connection between the place of departure and the place of arrival. The rapid maturity of computer technology in recent years and the rapid development of GIS technology have made it possible to analyze the accessibility of regional traffic road networks intuitively and accurately. The layout of high-speed rail lines and the location of high-speed rail stations can play a key role in the economic development of local cities and regions. Therefore, the construction of high-speed rail meets the common needs of countries along the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and provides new impetus and opportunities for the complementary advantages and common development of related countries. In this paper, after preprocessing the data collected from the https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=3/37.02/135.00(OSM)website,an existing railway network model of 121 node cities in the Silk Road Economic Belt was constructed based on Arc GIS software, combined with the software’s spatial analysis function,to travel time The OD time cost matrix was constructed for the cost, and the weighted average travel time distance of 121 nodes was calculated, which was used as the evaluation index of the accessibility of the railway network, and the accessibility results of 121 node cities were obtained.Using the kriging interpolation analysis function in the Arc GIS software to draw thematic diagrams.By constructing a gravity model using time-distance correction, the degree of foreign economic connection of each node city in the study area is further analyzed.Based on this, the initial layout plan of the high-speed rail station from the perspective of economic connection is provided, which lays the foundation for the final determination of the high-speed rail station location. Then, from the perspective of accessibility, further explore the relocation plan of high-speed rail stations in the Silk Road Economic Belt. Finally,a new railway network model was constructed after joining the selected high-speed railway station. The accessibility of the railway network in the study area after the construction of the high-speed railway station was evaluated by analyzing the accessibility results of the new railway network and comparing the accessibility results before and after the construction of the high-speed railway station. The research shows that:(1)the temporal accessibility of the entire study area is extremely uneven in spatial distribution, and the best is mainly concentrated in Eastern Europe and Central and South Asia;the worst is mainly concentrated in Central and Southwest Asia;(2)combining economic ties Factor analysis is necessary to study the accessibility of railways or other modes of transportation within the area;(3)By constructing high-speed rail stations in 24 cities including Dushanbe,Baghdad,Novokuznetsk and Tallinn, the study area Various cities and the overall accessibility have been improved to varying degrees, especially for cities with poor accessibility. The reliability of the high-speed rail station layout scheme was confirmed. |
