Research On Financial Support To The Development Of Energy Industry In The Domestic Segment Of The Silk Road Economic Belt

Energy is the material basis of human activities,it is very important to the economic and political lifeblood of a country.The world is foucs on energy trade cooperation,it is also an important point in that strategic construction of "The silk road economic belt" in our country.The silk road economic belt strategic is issued by the chairman of the xi jinping,then our country gradually cooperation with the number of countries in the field of energy infrastructure,the cooperation will promote the regional energy industry to common development.As the core of the modern economy,the financial industry should undoubtedly provide some support for the development and structural adjustment of the domestic energy industry.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the development of domestic financial support energy industry while promoting "The silk road economic belt" strategy and energy cooperation among member states.The paper is divided into six parts,the first part is introduction,it mainly laborated research background and significance about financial support to the development of energy industry in the silk road economic belt of domestic segment,and the related research at foreign and domestic are also introduced.The second part is the theoretical basis for the paper,it introduces the theory of financial development and financial support to the energy industry development theory based on the concept description of the domestic segment of the silk road economic belt,financial support,the energy industry and so on.The third part is introduced the current situation of financial support in the silk road economic belt of the domestic segment,first the current situation of energy industry in the silk road economic belt domestic segment is introduced,find out the existing problems;Then it introduces the current situation of the finance support energy industry in the domestic segment of the silk road economic belt,and findout the deficiency of finance support the development of energy industry.The fourth part is evaluated financial support to the development of the energy industry in the domestic segment of the silk road economic belt.It utilized AHP and entropy weight method,using three year of node data of 2006,2011 and 2016 analysis energy industry development level and change trend of the development level of financial support for the energy industry in the the domestic segment of the silk road economic belt.The fifth part analyzes the spatial effect of financial support energy industry development in the domestic segment of the silk road economic belt with the spatial measurement method,and finds out from the comparative analysis of the three sets of data:(1)as the level of banking industry supports the development of the energy industry,the non-performing loan ratio and the basic construction loan have gradually increased the influence on the development of energy industry;(2)as the level of securities industry supports the development of the energy industry,the effect of the number of energy listed companies promote to the development of the energy industry have fundamental changes,it from reverse function into the positive effect.total market value of energy listed company constantly improve the effect to the development of energy industry;(3)as the level of the insurance industry supports the development of the energy industry,the effect of insurance depth promote to the development of energy industry is growing rapidly,it from reverse function into the positive effect.The special risk insurance is always keep the positive effect,and the strength is stillincreasing.The sixth part is the policy proposal,combined with "the silk road economic belt" strategy,it mainly offer proposals to promote the development of the energy industry proposals from three perspectives of the banking industry,securities industry and insurance industry.
