Abstract/Summary:
With the development of the construction industry,the competition in China’s construction market has become more and more fierce,and the drawbacks in the construction industry have become more and more obvious.In the construction industry,construction projects generally have problems such as over-construction time limit,insufficient budget,high construction cost,etc.,and since the cost of building materials accounts for a larger share of the total cost,in order to obtain more profits,construction enterprises must carry out corresponding management and reform to reduce costs.With the development of supply chain cost management in the construction industry,reducing the inventory cost of supply chain has become the key to the competition of construction enterprises.As the construction supply chain involves more enterprises,its structure is also more complex to analyze,therefore,in order to better manage the inventory cost of construction materials and reduce the inventory cost in the construction supply chain,the EPC(Engineering-Procurement-Construction)model has been adopted in China.It is found that the construction industry can break through the barriers among the designers,building materials suppliers,general contractors and subcontractors,and reduce the management cost of the construction supply chain as a whole by implementing EPC general contracting model,improving construction efficiency of construction project.This paper starts from the research of EPC general contracting mode,construction supply chain,inventory and distribution content of building materials and other basic theories,and analyzes the inventory and distribution cost of construction supply chain under EPC general contract mode,then the basic characteristics of building materials under EPC mode are obtained,and the basic composition of inventory and distribution cost of building supply chain under EPC mode is analyzed.On the basis of it,this paper establishes a collaborative decision model of inventory and distribution based on building material supplier,EPCM and constructors,from the order cost,holding cost,out-of-stock cost,distribution cost and so on,the adaptive genetic algorithm is used to solve the inventory and distribution coordination decision-making model.Then,taking M general contract project as anexample,the model is used to solve its inventory and distribution cost,and the optimal results obtained by adaptive genetic algorithm and genetic algorithm are calculated respectively,the validity of the collaborative optimization model and algorithm is verified by comparing the calculated data.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions for the inventory and distribution cost control of M general contracting project,under the EPC general contracting model provides some management basis for the inventory and distribution cost.
