Research On The Design Of Auxiliary Reading Products For The Old People Based On QFD And TRIZ

In recent years,the number and proportion of older people has increased in almost every country in the world and population ageing has gradually become the direction of social development in most countries and regions of the world.The living needs and problems faced by the elderly are also gradually being paid attention to by the public.From the perspective of design,the study considers the auxiliary reading products suitable for aging and designs auxiliary products that help the elderly to read independently around the reading needs of the elderly.The research is analyzed through the research methods of QFD(Quality Function Deployment)and TRIZ(Theory of Inventive Problem Solving),and the auxiliary reading products for the elderly are divided into fixed and portable auxiliary use to meet the reading needs of the elderly in different environments.In the QFD research,the user evaluation text data(JD.com/approximately 30,000 items,Amazon/approximately 15,000 items)of relevant commodity reading aids in the domestic and foreign markets of web crawlers are used to analyze,and the evaluation vocabulary is converted into Customer Requirements(CR)by combining the scenario analysis method and the KJ.A total of 104 valid questionnaires(average age about 70 years old)were collected through the offline questionnaire survey on the evaluation of the importance of CR by the elderly over 60 years old.Then convert CR into design requirements(DR),establish positive and negative relationship descriptions for DR and a correlation matrix,and convert CR into design requirement importance through independent collocation method calculations to complete the construction of the house of quality.Based on the discovery of potential conflicts of products by QFD,TRIZ’s physical contradictions,technical contradictions,and object-field models are introduced to analyze products in depth and combined with the principles of invention and standard solution systems,specific product conflict resolution strategies are proposed.After TRIZ solution analysis,20 design strategies for fixed and portable auxiliary reading products for the elderly were determined.In the application of creative design,based on the design strategy,the guidance of Ergonomics is introduced,so as to propose specific creative design schemes for fixed and portable auxiliary reading products.Based on the systematic analysis of QFD and TRIZ theory,the study puts forward a rational design strategy and creative design scheme for auxiliary reading products for the old people,aiming to improve the auxiliary reading products used by the elderly and encourage the elderly to increase their enthusiasm for independent reading.The design research framework can be applied to design research in different directions,and provides a systematic and scientific design research logic reference for industrial design.
