Fork lifting platform is widely used in high altitude operation.Because of its compact structure,strong bearing capacity and convenient operation,it is mainly used for cargo handling,construction,equipment installation and maintenance.The domestic lifting platform manufacturers lack of independent ability of research and development,and the design scheme is mainly based on imitating or copying foreign products,so the production cycle is long and the performance needs to be improved.In view of the defects of traditional hydraulic fork lifting platform,such as easy eccentric load,poor stability and low rigidity,this paper studies the hydraulic fork lifting platform from the aspects of design scheme,structural design,hydraulic system and performance.By adding virtual restraint arm to improve the mechanism of the scissor,the layout and installation position of the hydraulic cylinder and base are selected and compared to determine the design scheme of the whole machine.Initially determine the structural dimensions of the main components of the lifting platform,calculate the maximum thrust of the hydraulic cylinder and the hinge point force of the bottom scissors arm according to the virtual displacement principle and stress analysis,and check the shear strength of the pin hole and the rigidity of the inner scissors arm.The main parameters of the hydraulic cylinder are determined by calculation,and the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system is drawn up according to the working conditions.According to the load of the hydraulic cylinder,the pressure of the hydraulic system is determined,and the model of the hydraulic pump and motor is selected.According to the maximum working pressure and flow of the hydraulic system,the hydraulic control valve and hydraulic accessories are selected.Using SolidWorks to establish the three-dimensional model of the key components,and importing ANSYS to get the displacement and stress graphics of the scissor arm and the working platform,and check the rigidity and strength of the scissor arm and the working platform.Through the modal analysis of the scissor arm and the working platform,the natural frequency and the vibration mode are obtained.It is verified that the lifting platform will not resonate with the external excitation force and destroy the structure in the lifting process.Based on the analysis of the fatigue life and safety factor of the scissor arm,the region where the scissor arm is prone to fatigue damage is determined,which provides basis for the structure optimization of the lifting platform.In this paper,the hydraulic fork lifting platform is calculated and designed,and the performance of the key components is analyzed and checked to ensure that the lifting platform has good performance.
