According to the requirements of enterprises,this project aims at developing a front fork device which can be fixed on the beach-cleaner through previous investigation and alternative plans comparison.The front fork device use of front fork auxiliaries,six bar linkage and hydraulic drive form,to achieve the rate load weight of 200 kg,gently fork and efficient unloading large and medium-sized garbage function,such as large stones,water floating lotus,long trees and so on.For the actual working condition,the initial design of the front fork is completed which based on the comprehensive graphic method of the link mechanism and the design experience of the loader bucket.The kinematic dynamic simulation method is used to evaluate the initial linkage scheme.In view of the unreasonableness of unloading performance and lifting translation,the optimal design is carried out.The ADAMS software was used to build the parametric model of the fork mechanism.The DOA analysis of the front fork virtual prototyping system was carried out,and eight key factors were found out.The ADAMS optimized design module increased the unloading angle and reduced the translation angle,and the optimization results showed that the indexes of the mechanism improved obviously and reached the design requirements.The 3D modeling of the front fork device and dynamics calculation are completed by using CREO and ADAMS software.The reliability of the dynamic simulation is verified theoretically.Combined with ADAMS and ANSYS Workbench software to complete the boom and the rocker arm strength check.According to project requirements,the engineering design,to determine the front fork device of various parts of the machining accuracy and location accuracy,a reasonable choice of processing technology and assembly sequence,complete the first prototype manufacturing.According to the national standard of loader test,the standard of front fork assisting test was established,the working ability,working time and setting test of front fork were carried out.Contrast test and simulation,the maximum error of not more than 6.5%.The successful development of the front fork device to solve the beach cleaning problem,such as trunk,store,water hyacinth and animal carcasses and so on,meanwhile protected cascading pick-up mechanism and screening-transmission device,practice has improved the efficiency and longevity of the beach cleaner,reached the design and applied for a patent for invention.
