High-rise Residential Stilt Floor Landscape Space Design Research

With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the area of urban land is tight,the development of super high rise buildings has made the residential volume rate high,and the quality of human life is affected.The gradual emergence of the aerial space is to make up for the lack of residential space landscape,greening and activity space,for residents to broaden the area of communication,to create a natural ecological landscape environment.The development prospect of overhead layer landscape space is good,but there is no definite design method and theory suitable for overhead layer landscape space in China.This paper mainly aims at solving the problem of the design of the overhead space,which is caused by the lack of design for the landscape space of the overhead layer and the different needs of the occupants.Through reasonable space planning in earlier stage,we can expand the activity and space utilization rate of people in the overhead space,so as to maximize the spatial value.According to the concept and theory analysis of the super high rise and overhead layer,this paper aims at the single function of the aerial landscape space,the unreasonable spatial layout,the lack of humanistic consideration and the pure pursuit of the beauty of form.On the basis of the analysis,it puts forward the design countermeasures of human oriented,revealing nature and complex diversity,and summarizes the design methods of the overall layout of space layout,suitable space scale,three-dimensional plant design,hydrophilic platform waterscape design and multi-function energy facilities design,combining the environmental characteristics and spatial characteristics of the super high rise overhead layer.Finally,under the guidance of the design strategy and design method,the design practice of the super high rise aerial space project in Chongqing Nan bin special zone is carried out,and the above theory is demonstrated.The innovation of this article lies in the improvement of the traditional landscape architecture of the aerial landscape,combining the aerial landscape space with the new way of living.In the perspective of natural ecology,functional aesthetics and decorative aesthetics,combined with the design techniques of three-dimensional greening,a collection of ecological,practical,beautiful,stereoscopic and present is made.The generation of aerial landscape space.
