In recent years,high-speed railway has been developing rapidly,and its complex spatial effect on the region has become more and more obvious,which has become an important development opportunity for many cities.Non-equilibrium is a development reality faced by many regions.The physical geography pattern of Fujian province has resulted in its historical characteristics of regional imbalance and backward transportation infrastructure construction.However,in recent years,the construction level of high-speed railway has led the country,which has aroused the author's research interest.Article choose urban system theory as the framework of regional space analysis,based on the predecessors' study found that the effects of the high-speed rail research on the spatial pattern of urban system theory,rating scale,division of functions have been involved in various aspects,and scholars focus on local space scale is often high-speed lines or in local elements,ignored the analysis of the relationship between high iron and unbalanced regional,at the same time in the mechanism analysis of high-speed spatial heterogeneity effect is ignored.Therefore,this article in the perspective of urban system is a systemic analysis of the high-speed rail to represented by Fujian after the effects of the imbalance of urban system,combined with relevant theory analyzes the mechanism of action,and in the way of quantitative model of the space difference effect of high-speed analysis,finally get a persuasive theoretical analysis model.The findings are as follows: first,the spatial evolution of high-speed railway construction is highly coordinated with the scale structure and functional structure.With the continuous opening of the high-speed railway after 2009,the tendency of population high value agglomeration in Fuzhou,Xiamen,Quanzhou and other places has become smaller,and the spatial correlation of population distribution in the whole province has also greatly declined,showing a trend of diffusion.The high-speed railway promotes the comprehensive scale of cities at all levels from line to surface,and is especially conducive to the development of cities at the third level.With the opening of high-speed railway lines,the construction industry and business service industry show the characteristics of banded development along the line.Compared with the urban scale,the polarization of industrial spatial layout is slightly significant,among which the construction industry tends to disperse from concentration to decentralization,and gradually forms the characteristics of "high-level decentralization" of multiple economic activities.However,the commercial service industry has a tendency of "high level concentration" in space polarization.Secondly,the high-speed rail effect has spatial differences.Compared with non-high-speed railway cities,high-speed railway has a positive effect on the growth of population scale,while high-speed railway has a certain inhibitory effect on the growth of comprehensive urban scale.Whether it is the growth of population size or the growth of comprehensive urban scale,the opening of high-speed railway in regions with a low level of development shows a more significant positive effect.High-speed railway has a positive effect on the accumulation of industry in different regions,while high-speed railway has a more obvious effect on the improvement of industrial aggregate in cities with low level of development.At the same time,the high-speed rail in the low-level development of the region has slightly promoted the professional level of high-speed rail cities.On the whole,the effect of high-speed railway on population size is larger than that of urban comprehensive scale and larger than that of regional industrial spatial distribution,and its effect on regional specialization level is weak.Finally,the opening of high-speed railway will catalyze the balanced development of urban system to some extent.The core function of high-speed railway is its long-term effect on the spatial distribution of population,and to some extent,it is conducive to the balanced development of the comprehensive scale of cities in the whole region.However,apart from that,the role of high-speed railway is limited.High-speed railway cannot exert a strong direct and indirect effect on industry and city functions,and guide their evolution in space.The enlightenment obtained through the research is that the construction of high-speed railway will reshape the spatial layout of urban system in unbalanced regions and catalyze the transformation of development mode in unbalanced regions.The core cities along the high-speed railway in unbalanced regions should actively optimize the urban scale and stock,develop the upstream industry of the value chain,and realize the coupling between urban level and spatial efficiency.Non-core cities along the high-speed railway in unbalanced regions should seize the opportunity to expand and accumulate the local industrial and economic scale,develop specialized urban division of labor,and realize the improvement of the comprehensive level of cities and
