Research On Communication Management Of Water Conservancy Project Of YH Company

Water conservancy project is the infrastructure and basic industry of national economy,which is related to the national economy and people's livelihood.Therefore,water conservancy projects are generally government invested projects,and relevant parties are selected to participate in the project construction through the government procurement process.For large-scale,multi investment,long construction period and complex technology water conservancy projects,the construction unit,as the coordinator of overall management,should ensure the smooth implementation of the project.In the process of project management,communication management runs through the whole process,which is related to the success or failure of the project.At present,the application of BIM Technology is becoming more and more popular in the construction industry.With the development of information technology,people continue to explore the application of cloud computing,and take this as inspiration to study the new mode of communication management.Taking YH company's water conservancy project as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of communication management within the company and among related parties in the process of project implementation.For example,there are many levels of organizational structure within the company,project related parties are limited by region,project communication has many obstacles in space,time,channel environment,etc.,combining with project communication management theory,BIM theory,cloud computing theory Based on the theory of BIM,a communication management model based on BIM cloud platform is proposed.Firstly,the collaborative management of cloud platform is introduced from three aspects,and the current situation of communication management is analyzed based on the case;then,the change of communication management mode is introduced from the work contents of four main business departments in the company,its advantages in communication management of water conservancy project are expounded,the communication organization structure of the company is improved,and a good communication environment is created In order to fully mobilize the communication enthusiasm of all relevant parties of the project,provide convenience for the owner's project management and ensure the smooth completion of the project.
