In the process of construction of high-speed railway off-line,settlement monitoring and evaluation is the key link to ensure the quality of track structure laying.The traditional settlement evaluation work mode is mainly for localized centralized management and evaluation analysis of settlement monitoring data.This mode has the disadvantages of complex workflow,low work efficiency,untimely detection of abnormal settlement problems,and high maintenance cost of local server database.In addition,the commonly used parameter regression settlement prediction and evaluation method also has the problem of low pass rate and inapplicability to special settlement situations.Nowadays,cloud computing,cloud storage and other technologies are developing rapidly.How to use cloud service resources and information technology to achieve efficient management of settlement monitoring data of high-speed railway projects,and integrate scientific settlement evaluation methods to realize automatic evaluation and analysis of settlement monitoring data? It is one of the key concerns of the high-speed railway settlement assessment department during the construction period.In view of the above problems,the main research work and results of this paper are as follows:1.The content and process of settlement monitoring and evaluation of traditional highspeed railway projects under the line are studied,and the problems existing in the traditional settlement evaluation work mode are analyzed and summarized.Based on the measured data,experiments are carried out to conduct applicability research on the existing settlement evaluation methods.,for the situation that the traditional parameter regression prediction and evaluation method is not applicable,the statistical hypothesis test method combining the Br mean mutation test and the chi-square test is introduced to analyze the settlement stability of the structure,making up for the lack of scientific rigor in the previous manual experience evaluation.2.In order to realize the automation and informatization of settlement assessment work,expand the working mode from localization to cloud platform,integrate cloud computing related resources,and propose the overall architecture design scheme and functional module design of settlement assessment cloud platform based on B/S architecture Scheme and cloud storage-based platform database structure and encryption design scheme.Using Spring Boot,Mybatis-plus,Boot Strap and other front-end and back-end development related technologies,the settlement evaluation cloud platform was developed and built,and the settlement evaluation cloud platform was deployed on the Alibaba Cloud server through the Docker containerized deployment technology.The cloud platform better realizes the functions of information management of settlement monitoring data,visual analysis of settlement trends and rates,automatic settlement assessment,and systematic management of engineering projects.Compared with other commercial software,the correctness of the cloud platform settlement assessment is verified.3.The actual application test shows that the cloud platform has the advantages of friendly interface,simple operation and high operation efficiency,which can effectively improve the shortcomings of the traditional settlement assessment work mode,and meet the needs of the assessment unit for data cloud storage,intelligent cloud analysis,information sharing,etc,to provide certain help for realizing low cost,high efficiency and automation of settlement assessment work.
