Aircraft maintenance is an important means to ensure the safe flight of aircraft,and it is also an indispensable part of the aviation industry.At present,in our country,the process of aircraft maintenance is highly complex,with a large variety and quantity of maintenance tools,and there is a lack of effective communication methods between different maintenance departments.Existing methods make the maintenance work is slow and has a high maintenance error rate.The development of information technology has promoted the development of locomotive maintenance.In the maintenance process,the information management system has become an effective communication platform.At the same time,the complete maintenance information management system makes tool and equipment management more efficient and safer,it promotes the investment upgrade of maintenance.In daily travel,more and more people choose airplanes as their travel mode,which requires maintenance work to ensure flight safety in a faster and more effective manner.Based on these considerations,it is extremely urgent to develop an information management system for machine maintenance.To finish the application requirements of the enterprise,in the early stage of development,the management system needs to be analyzed in detail.Finally,there is the relevant design requirements are obtained.The main functions that the airliner maintenance tool equipment management system needs to have include system management module,inventory,and equipment information management module,comprehensive query module,system operation information report module,and equipment tool big data analysis management module.At the same time,this work elaborated on the design and implementation of the airliner maintenance tool equipment management system and studied the application of deep learning and big data technology in the equipment management system.And the work adopts the current popular server-side/client-side architecture combination SSH framework developed the system.The architecture can be divided into three layers.The top layer has other existing systems;the middle layer provides users with various access operation services and is the core of the entire system;the bottom layer is the system's various business logic processing and various operations on data.The system uses a componentized method to build a management system,which aims to establish amanagement platform that can provide users with information services,try to achieve a simple interface and convenient operation,and achieve the purpose of improving the work efficiency of maintenance personnel.This design is based on the traditional airliner maintenance equipment management and the industrial processing business process and builds the overall architecture and development of the system.Its application can provide an information model for the management of aircraft maintenance tools,improve the maintenance efficiency of users,and enable aircraft maintenance work is safer and more reliable.Information-based aircraft maintenance tools and equipment management systems can effectively shorten the production process and improve maintenance efficiency.I believe this research will get more attention from various aviation maintenance organizations.
