Company B is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise incorporated in Shenzhen.It is mainly engaged in the sales of medical device imaging products.It's ranking fifth in Chinese imported color ultrasound diagnostic instruments market during nearly ten years.This paper uses the relevant theories and methods of enterprise inventory management and inventory optimization.Firstly,it describes the management status of inventory management of company B in detail.Through long-term practice and observation,it further reveals existing inventory management'four main problems are low rate in timely delivery,long inventory storage time,sluggish materials,high inventory cost,Low turnover rate and high logistics costs.In this paper,the mult:i-factor ABC classification method was used to improve the unreasonable inventory classification,improve the order and improve demand forecasting that's in order to solve the problems existing in the management of B company's inventory business.And on this basis,it designed the corresponding implementation safeguard measures in this paper.From the viewpoint of improved inventory management,Company B's inventory business operation has basically achieved the expected improvement goals,improved the inventory turnover rate,improved the company's external service quality and customer and suppliers' satisfaction,enhanced the companys' operating level and reduced operating costs.The research results of the paper's inventory management improvement of B company have a substantial improvement on improving the eficiency of B company's inventory management business,improving market satisfaction and reducing the companys operating costs.The improvement of B company's inventory business management has practical reference significance,and it also has certain reference value for the improvement of similar inventory business management.
