Analysis Of Economic Benefits Of Prefabricated Buildings Based On AHP

Since the reform and opening up,my country's industry has undergone 40 years of development,and the level of industrialization has been greatly improved,but the price of sacrifice is environmental destruction and excessive energy consumption.Taking the industrial green road is an important way to solve the contradiction between economic development and ecological civilization construction.Prefabricated buildings are the product of industrialized buildings.They have the characteristics of low energy consumption,low pollution,high efficiency,and environmental friendliness.They have begun to be promoted in my country,but after prefabricated buildings are introduced into the construction market,the promotion effect is not good.In view of this,the economic evaluation and analysis of prefabricated buildings is particularly important.From the perspective of the construction unit,this paper mainly studies the economic benefits of prefabricated buildings.By using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate and analyze the weights of factors that affect the economic benefits of prefabricated buildings,and combine the influencing factors to construct an input-output economic benefit system.Analyze the economic benefits of prefabricated buildings and discuss with actual cases.Through the analysis of influencing factors,it is believed that the way to improve the economic benefits of prefabricated buildings is: government guidance,improve policies and regulations;establish a management mode led by the construction unit,all participating units participating in and responsible for all members.Through the analysis of economic benefits,it can be seen that the construction unit through investment in prefabricated engineering projects,although the initial investment cost is high,the profit obtained is small,but the later stage can obtain good development capabilities to enhance the brand value of the company;the company saves water,materials,and energy,Landsaving environmental benefits,etc.,to find technical solutions to reduce investment and improve economic benefits;in the long term,companies investing in prefabricated construction projects can drive local economic development,improve people's quality of life,and improve people's livelihood harmony.Through the research of this article,it can provide certain theoretical support for future related research on the benefits of prefabricated buildings,and it is helpful to provide a certain theoretical basis for relevant governments to formulate and implement prefabricated building policies.
