| The Railway Traffic Equipments are exerting greater and greater influence on people's life and work, and thus the research on remote maintenance technology of The Railway Traffic Equipments is aiming to speed response of the diagnosis and maintenance and to improve the security and reliability of the equipment. This paper takes The Railway Traffic Equipments as the research object and analyzes the digital remote maintenance technology from the angle of general technology, support technology and realization technology. The main contents of this paper are as following:Firstly, the structure of the digital remote maintenance system is established. This paper proposes two-leveled maintenance system, which are on-the-spot maintenance system and remote center maintenance system. Their working principles, respective function models are all presented in details.Secondly, the support technology of the remote online maintenance system is analyzed. This paper introduces the multimedia transmission technology, the wireless access, etc. in details and studies their application in the remote online maintenance system.Thirdly, the remote maintenance system with the functions of the network communication, monitoring, maintenance and maintenance management is developed. The design of the monitoring sub-system, the diagnosis maintenance sub-system and the maintenance management subsystem is presented in details. The system had been tested many times and the result achieves the purpose.Lastly, all the researches of the paper are summarized and what should do next is listed. |
