| Archives are valuable,real records which are directly formed in social activities of national organizations,social organizations or individuals.National staff predicts the future direction of work by referring to the historical records,maintain the relevant policies of the state,and maintain the social order and the method of learning and work in order to keep the continuity and validity of scientific decision of National policy.As an organ of national administration Y MSA has been taking the archives management as an important basic work since its establishment.Studying on archives management not only can help strengthening the standardization,systematization and modernization of archives management,but also help archives management serving maritime affairs.This paper takes the archives management of Y MSA as the study object combining the theoretical research,applied research and case reference.This paper analyzes the development of archives management domestic and abroad,especially maritime archives management with using the theories of public service and archives management.With the discussion on the experience and achievements of maritime archives management,this paper takes a study on the current situation of archives management of Y MSA and draw lessons from modern archives management mode and advanced experience of other MSA.Based on analyzing the causes of the discovered problems,relevant suggestions and improvement strategies are proposed in this paper. |
