Research On FD Company Archives Management

Archives play a very important role in the development of enterprises,it is a kind of information resource,it records the change of the enterprise from its establishment to the operation.This kind of resources can provide real data reference for enterprises in the process of management.With the development of the times and the progress of the society,also the requirements of digital and dynamic development of archives under the background of new era,the traditional archives management model can not fully realize the goal of modern archives management.Archives management is an essential work of daily operation of enterprises,in order to make archives play its due role in enterprise management,This paper has carried out the research on the management of FD archives.the author extracts three important factors that restrict archives,based on the comprehensive analysis of the shortcomings of the traditional archives management,that is affective factors,office environment,and digitization of archives,then use the relevant methods and theories of industrial engineering,solve the restrictive factors one by one.By establishing the Potter-Lawler incentive model,Constructes an incentive model of Archivists,and through the use of the standard time method,to determine and measure the work efficiency of the different archival staff,so as to formulate different incentive strategies.It makes the librarians get the affirmation and satisfaction in emotion;Then Enumerates the environmental factors that affect the efficiency of the work,and usees the 5S method to detail the environmental maintenance work of the archives storeroom,FD company compares the results of the appraisal and points out its environmental factors.In the later period,it can be improved according to the score of various factors;Finally,By drawing the digital flow chart of archives,we have determined the file digitization program,and optimized the archives digitalization program through action research method,which saved a lot of time.In this paper,the main line is to put forward questions and solve problems of FD company,on this basis,I hope more and better solutions are discovered and application.
