Research On Archives Information Management Of Highway Projects In Heilongjiang Province

Under the conditions of informationization,the carrier object of file management has changed,which makes the carrier form of traditional archives begin to transition to digital form,and the main environment of file management begins to migrate to the digital environment.As a result,the management methods,management concepts,and management processes of archival work have undergone significant changes.In this situation,rethinking the new tasks,new principles and new theories of archive management,and establishing the basic framework and basic methods of archive management in the digital environment are the needs of archival work practice.Along with the construction of the highway,a huge number of project files have been formed.How to manage these project files for use in road operations and maintenance services is a new research topic in the file management department.The successful integration and wide application of computer technology and network communication technology have fundamentally changed the way in which project files are generated,collected,organized,retrieved and stored,and promoted the comprehensive innovation of file management from theory to practice and from concept to management.Implementing project information management is a positive response of the archives management department to the information technology revolution and an inevitable choice for the development of archive management.On the basis of systematically summarizing the theoretical achievements and advanced experience in the information management of archives at home and abroad,this paper applies the new public management theory,the new public service theory,the information management theory,the benefit theory and the life cycle theory to the highway archives information.Research is carried out to point out the necessity of information management of highway project archives.Taking Heilongjiang Province Expressway as an example,this paper introduces the analysis of the current status,storage status and electronicization and informationization of highway archives in Heilongjiang Province,and the unreasonable design of the top level of archives information construction,and the inefficient operation of the archive information management system.Archives information management risk prevention awareness and measures are inadequate,infrastructure construction and file information sharing is poor,BIM technology in the development of archive information construction is relatively late,etc.,the current information problems of Heilongjiang Province highway project archives information management.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the information management of the expressway project of Heilongjiang Province,from Improving the basic principles of file information management,the use of compatible file management application systems,the construction of a comprehensive information management security system,and the acceleration of the foundation.Facing the construction of facilities and information resources,Strengthen the life cycle data management,introducing BIM technology,and improving the efficiency of information management,the countermeasures for improving the information management of highway projects in Heilongjiang Province were put forward.
