With the development of the modern life,the high speed asynchronous motor has become a hot topic in the field of motor industry,not only because of the high speed asynchronous motor in use than other similar products with higher performance,also in the application process can be through the effects of high power improve enterprise efficiency,and therefore is widely used in various industries,along with the high speed asynchronous motor,but also to the more attention to the motor in use of problems,one of the most prominent is the motor vibration problem,which cause vibration fault and reduce the accuracy of the actuator,so as to affect the performance advantage and work efficiency of the product in useIn this paper,the vibration problem of a high-speed asynchronous motor(Y-52S-2)for airliner is analyzed and discussed.In order to meet the high vibration performance index,the key links of the whole machine,such as the design link,production link and assembly link,are analyzed and optimized one by one,and the vibration characteristics of the motor are studied in detail.Finally,the improved results are compared and verified with the experimental results And achieved the expected effect.In this study,considering the motor as a whole,and through a series of optimization programs to reduce the impact of vibration,and finally meet the requirements of vibration standardsThe main contents are as follows:(1)Using the existing prototype,drawing data and analysis software,starting with the excitation response of the electromagnetic force wave to the stator and other structures,and using the finite element software to analyze and solve,in order to analyze the influence of the electromagnetic characteristics of the motor on the vibration.(2)Combined with the previous analysis and the distribution of the problem points,from the perspective of mechanical vibration,carry out relevant simulation calculation and optimization improvement on the motor and parts,and start from the perspective of actual production,analyze and improve the problems existing in the assembly and production process of the motor,so as to further meet the use requirements.(3)The hammering method is used to test the motor.The standard test system is built to collect the vibration test and test data as well as analyze the results and errors of the motor.The validity of a series of improvement analysis work carried out in the early stage is verified,and finally the acceptance standard is reached.
