Switched Reluctance Motor has simple structure, convenient control, high reliability, and big starting torque, which is very fit for high speed environment. However, the influences of electromagnetic, the bearing, the inherent bias existence of rotor's shafting and so on, the high-speed Switched Reluctance Motor's vibration will be different with when it working on ordinary speed. However, the research of high-speed Switched Reluctance Motor mostly in control method in foreign and domesetic, the vibration question which must consider in high speed situation is seldom considered. So, this article take the high-speed Switched Reluctance Motor's vibration system as the object of study, do some research and test practice.First this paper puts up the rotor dynamics modeling of the high-speed Switched Reluctance Motor and add the unbalanced electromagnetic force. Then calculate the stator's intrinsic vibration and intrinsic frequency by electromechanical analog computer and ANSYS method. According to the theoretical study of rotor and stator, and after thinking about all the present testing machines and methods, then chose Virtual Instrument build testing board for Switched Reluctance Motor, and application the wavelet threshold denoising in testing Switched Reluctance Motor's vibrate signal. This testing board can survey and analyse rotor's trai, rotor's vibration, stator's vibration, phase current, speed and so on, and it provides a new method for further carrying out the rotor dynamics research of the high-speed Switched Reluctance Motor. And done some vibration experiment on this testing board, simultaneously test the feasibility of this testing board.
