With the increase of domestic automobile sales,the road traffic environment is becoming more and more complicated,and driving safety issues remain the top priority of traffic safety issues.Statistics from foreign authoritative organizations on the types of car crash accidents show that among the types of car crash accidents,the highest proportion is the frontal collision,and the losses caused by it are relatively serious.Therefore,the protection of drivers and passengers in frontal collisions is studied.Still very important.The driver's restraint system consists of airbags,seatbelts,and seats.In this paper,the driver's airbag is modeled,and the validity of the computer-built airbag model is verified through benchmark analysis of static initiation test and dynamic impact test.Use Madymo software to build a driver restraint system model for simulation.Compare the results of the dummy's head synthetic acceleration,chest synthetic acceleration,and chest compression with the experimental curves.The curves are basically the same,and the peak difference is less than 10%.This can verify that the model built can be used in the later optimization.In order to reduce the damage to the driver after a frontal collision,the parameters of the restraint system on the driver's side under the condition of a frontal collision need to be further optimized.After the parameter sensitivity analysis of the driver restraint system,the five parameters that have a greater impact on the performance of the driver restraint system are airflow rate,airbag diameter,air hole diameter,airbag pull-down belt length,and seat belt force limit value.Because the diameter of the airbag pull-down belt and the exhaust hole have a greater impact on the damage value of the dummy,they are very close.Therefore,when optimizing the airbag,consideration is given to the case where the length of the airbag pull-down belt changes.Using two sets of orthogonal experiments to optimize the airbag parameters,the results of the above two sets of optimization work on the head injury index HIC,chest acceleration,chest compression,left and right thigh axial compression force,and total injury index were obtained.Then,the calculation results of the optimal combination of the two orthogonal experiments are compared.Finally,the optimal combination of parameters based on the driver restraint system under the condition of frontal collision is obtained with all the damage values reduced.
