With the increasing struggle for international maritime rights and interests characterized by competing for marine resources,controlling marine space and seizing the commanding heights of science and technology,the active collision of various types of ships represented by coast guard ships has gradually become a common means to solve ’non-military ’ conflicts at sea.How to improve the anti-collision performance of ships and ensure the structural safety of ships in various types of disputes has become a key issue in the design stage of various ships.Therefore,based on the research background of ship anti-collision design,this paper designs the ship airbag anti-collision system,establishes the collision simulation analysis technology of hull structure equipped with airbag anti-collision device,reveals the energy absorption and anti-collision mechanism of airbag,and gives the anti-collision effect of airbag by comparing with the collision without airbag.On this basis,the influence of different parameters on the anti-collision performance of airbag is systematically discussed.The research work and results of this paper can provide technical support for ship collision protection design,and can also effectively support the design and development level of related ships in China.The main research contents are as follows :(1)The research progress of ship collision mechanism and ship crashworthiness protection design at home and abroad is summarized.The application status of airbag device and the research progress of simulation technology are introduced.The basic principle and key technology of airbag collision simulation analysis are expounded,which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent structural response analysis of the coast guard ship under the protection of anti-collision airbag.The accuracy and feasibility of the airbag simulation method used in this thesis are proved by the literature replication verification of the double cylindrical buffer airbag.Finally,the structural response results of the two ship collision simulation methods are compared and discussed,and the feasibility of the additional mass simplification method under the collision scenario set in this thesis is compared and analyzed.(2)The ship airbag anti-collision system is designed to solve the limitations of the traditional marine anti-collision device in terms of protection ability,protection area and long-term navigation equipment carrying.The composition,side arrangement and system operation flow of ship anti-collision system based on airbag are introduced.By using the airbag simulation technology,the simplified finite element anti-collision airbag model is installed on the side of the coast guard ship,and then the structural response of the coast guard ship and the energy absorption of the main components are compared to evaluate the protective effect of the designed airbag anti-collision system on the hull structure.(3)The influence of main impact parameters and airbag parameters on the crashworthiness of ship airbag anti-collision system is discussed.Using LS-DYNA nonlinear finite element software and airbag simulation method,combined with the established simplified ship collision scene,the effects of different impact angles,different impact velocities,different impact tonnages,airbag materials,initial internal pressure,vent area and exhaust threshold on the crashworthiness of the airbag system are systematically discussed.The structural response of the ship under the protection of the airbag anti-collision system in the collision scene is revealed.
