With the deepening of construction information,engineering construction projects are developing towards the direction of scale and integration,and the importance of construction schedule management and material management is becoming more and more obvious.In this context,the introduction of BIM Technology to improve the level of project management has become the main driving force to guide the reform of the construction industry.This paper takes the construction schedule and material management as the research object,explores the integrated optimization research method based on BIM,and demonstrates it in engineering practice.On the basis of literature,books,industry reports and project cases,this paper comprehensively analyzes the research status of construction management,material management and BIM Technology at home and abroad,summarizes the connotation and application methods of construction progress management,material management and BIM Technology,and on this basis,makes a comparative analysis of BIM Based on the advantages of 5D management technology in traditional project management and the characteristics of the actual project,this paper puts forward the specific process and practical method of the research on the integration and optimization of construction schedule and material management based on BIM.The specific research results are as follows:(1)Firstly,according to the characteristics of bim5 d compatible with current mainstream project management software,the feasibility of integrating construction schedule management and material management based on BIM Technology is analyzed,and the specific implementation framework of construction schedule and material management based on bim5 d is proposed from the two aspects of bim5 d integrated project management platform construction and bim5 d application in the design stage and construction stage.(2)From the perspective of the investor,the constructor and the supervisor of the project,this paper analyzes the main reasons for the engineering change in the design and construction stage of the project,and discusses the work and management mode based on BIM Technology in the integrated construction progress and material management.(3)Based on bim5 d and artificial neural network algorithm,a comprehensive optimization model of construction schedule and material supply is established.Based on the analysis of the main factors affecting the construction progress,the artificial neural network is introduced to predict the duration of the construction progress and try to eliminate the errors caused by human factors.On this basis,the parameters of artificial neural network and bim5 d construction model are interacted,and the application method of integration of them is proposed.(4)Based on the features of bim5 d,such as visualization,simulation and integration,a dynamic control method of construction schedule is constructed,and the dynamic management of construction schedule is implemented in the construction stage with PDCA principle.Depending on the powerful data analysis ability and model dynamic demonstration function of BIM Technology,real-time arrangement of construction schedule and material configuration processing are carried out on bim5 d integrated management platform.(5)Taking a residential project as an example,the feasibility of BIM based integrated management of construction progress and materials is verified by integrating three-dimensional model construction,engineering calculation documents and schedule preparation documents into the BIM 5D integrated management platform.The research results show that the BIM 5D integrated management platform is more precise than the traditional management process and the scheme is more accurate.This study explores the application value of BIM Technology in construction schedule and material management,and provides reference for the exploration and application of BIM Technology in construction enterprises.
